I'm going to be revisiting this recipe soon. With a possible change to %'s.

I've had some of this steeping a few months now and the profile has changed somewhat.

I'm thinking of less Plum, more Pie Crust and more Brandy

does graham cracker clear or cheesecake graham crust sub well enough for pie crust? havent had or seen pie crust.

@bklynGoldie I haven’t subbed for graham cracker but it possibly could be a good sub.

I would try GC af the same % and then adjust up from there as pie crust is quite a heavy flavour.
