Made On: 12•08•16 - In this 2nd version I bumped the AP up to .5% & the CC to 1.5% and added the Butter Cream. I expect with steep time this will be as good if not better than V1, which after 5 days of steeping is absolutely delicious!

1 Week Steep: Beautiful!!! Really good after a 7 day steep!
After 17 days: OMG...definitely one of my repeat mixes and ADV. I honestly don't think I'll be doing any tweaking on this one.
