This is the correct amount of Papaya and Cotton Candy. 80/20 VG/PG.
-Let it breath before bottling.
-5-7 days steep will calm down the Papaya.

Looks nice will be trying this soon ... if i use Ethyl Maltol should it be by 3% as well since your using a cotton candy on your mix

Yep. TFA cotton candy is 10% EM by volume. So if your Ethyl Maltol is a 10% mix (I should be) then 3% is where you want to be. You can always just add drops of EM until you get to where you want it at.
