Yep. Only 2%. After a 3 day steep the flavors are pretty settled in. I like it with like 0.25% of FA Polar Blast added too. And 1 drop of FLV Cool Mint in a 30ml bottle is a lovely addition as well if you like minty things or like mentholated vapes normally. Try it this low first, then if after 3 days steep it doesn't seem strong enough, increase the FA up 0.5% (and continue adding at 0.5% increments until it is strong enough for you) and increase each of the other flavors by a single drop or in gram weight 0.02g increase. The ultra concentrates it's best to start low and add more if needed. Expect things to taste a little odd on day 2, it is just the nature of the steep with these flavors, but it was good on day 1, it wasn't bad on day 2 just a little odd, and then it settled back on day 3 and 4. I've vaped most of the bottle over the course of this past week, only have a couple mls left that I will let go for a few weeks an come back to to make sure how it ages.
I really want to try this but can’t i increase the flavour without. Hanging the recipe to much? usually make my fa recipes around 3-4 so i can’t imagen that i would taste the hole thing. I had all melon from naked 100 for example and i thought the flavour was to weak.
@Lawy - You never know where your flavor perceptions lay until you test stuff. It also depends on your equipment too, not just your abilities to taste things. You could easily double this recipe if you're a muted taster, just double all the amounts. You can also adjust everything that is there to your own liking. What I normally tell folks when mixing other's recipes, try the recipe as it is first, then start making adjustments to it to satisfy your preferences.
Flavourart's papaya is very, very realistic rather than sweet and juicy like a papaya fruit drink like the punch is. I personally would sub FLV's papaya punch with TFA's papaya at about 0.5%. It's a bit more realistic fruit, but it's a little sweeter and candy like so it would stay in the same realm of the profile. FA's if I had to use it, I'd use 0.2% Papaya with 0.25% FA Guava to sweeten it up. I'd also bump the Cotton Candy flavor up a bit if using FA in the recipe just to add more candy notes.
Hi Jennifer, I am a huge fan of mama's melons v1. And now i want to try this one but i can't find FLV papaya. I have only TFA Papaya. I need your advice and which percentage i can use if i can ?
You can try it with TFA papaya...I am not sure how I'd balance it with the rest of the percentages, though for average tasters most have to basically double the recipe or even triple it. So if you up everything...add TFA in at like 1% ish...
