Tony's future was bright. Spending years perfecting his talent and product, He had climbed the ladder of the cereal kingdom.

He had established himself as the "face". Ad revenue and screen castings were rolling in. Tony was on top of the world.

That was until the birth of those little ADHD assho... I mean the gnomes. The snapping, the crackling, the popping. It drove Tony MAD!

Childrens and adults everywhere fell in love immediately.

Tony was forgotten. Pushed aside in favor of the new blood in the cereal game. Years passed, Tony dove deeper into depression.

Sitting, Alone. Disheartened. Defeated.

That was until he discovered a video on his wife's laptop. The video revealed the trio of noisy cereal characters had run a train on his wife!

ENRAGED Tony decided to battle back like Rocky! He would put those fucking midgets in their rightful place! His COMEBACK!

This, Is the product of his revenge. His one chance to take back the throne of the cereal world.

After killing all of them, He had a revelation. What if he used their blood to sweeten the cereal!?

The results, amazing.

The Gnomes and that two timing whore of a wife are now to be enjoyed by everyone! THIS. IS. TONY'S REVENGE!

Can the cream milky undertones be sub for dairy milk tfa?
#4 by SteamCraft, Apr 14. 2017, 00:46
That might work, FA Fresh cream might be a better choice at like 1%. I feel like it might be missing on some milk notes but it might work well. Let me know how it turns out.
#5 by EFRA9915 🇵🇷, Apr 14. 2017, 01:22
Will do 🗣💨💨💨
#6 by EFRA9915 🇵🇷, Apr 14. 2017, 01:26
Steeping time I imagine 1-2 weeks?
#7 by SteamCraft, Apr 14. 2017, 01:46
It's good right away but 3-5 days allows the tiny bit of harshness to smooth out
#8 by Nick Andrews, Apr 17. 2017, 00:49
gotta buy some of the flavourings before i mix it up, of course they're out of OoO milky undertone so ill use the sub for it, once get them in ill let you know looking forward to it
#9 by BIGDADDY7163, Apr 18. 2017, 18:16
mixing it up. letting it steep 2 weeks. thanks for recipe.
#10 by JFMDEVELOPMENT, Apr 20. 2017, 01:57
Well Well Well (lmao) I mixed it up but I did do the FA fresh cream and TFA Milk both at 1% instead of the ooo milky undertones (Don't have it) and I have to say it is pretty damn scrumptious Well Done Sir!!
#11 by MilitaryMailee, Apr 23. 2017, 22:37
This was damn delicious
#12 by Mjrmike, Apr 24. 2017, 16:57
I'm surprised that ff can be made without speckled flakes by ooo. Your thoughts on this? I can't wait to try your recipe but I hope it's not as good as you say because that will mean the last 9 months of my work on a perfect ff will be wasted, lol.
#13 by OfcourseIDIY, Apr 30. 2017, 18:45
I made this on April 27th and used 1% FA Fresh Cream and 1% Dairy Milk and it was very tasty! Was good off the shake and has definitely transformed into a full fledged frosted flake flavor now! I have three co-workers that want a bottle of this now lol! Thanks for the recipe Clayton!
#14 by JH623, May 3. 2017, 21:54
Good stuff brother been vaping it non stop for 2 days now but i think the super sweet authentics it but i just put .2 instead of the .75
#15 by frank1966, May 21. 2017, 13:13
my new ADV.A big THANK YOU for your time
#16 by MaxxxVG, May 26. 2017, 19:27
Sounds like this will taste great! i have all but the Lucky Leprechaun Cereal. What could i mix or substitute for that? I thought of just increasing the AP and Cereal 27, but also considered Graham Cracker (Clear). What do you think?
#17 by Ragdoll, May 27. 2017, 17:28
My second batch will finish steeping today. This is delicious. I only tried one commercial cereal vape (cardboard Pledge) and really wanted a good one. With some trepidation (but trust in Steamroom) I mixed this up and fell in love. Thanks for this, I am sure it took A LOT of work to come up with this masterpiece. You are an inspiration to this new vaper and.mixer.

@steamroom the mix with 1% of milk and 1% fresh cream worked out GREEEAAAT!!!👍🏽
#21 by frank1966, Jun 9. 2017, 15:02
i have made it with ooo cream and fa cream/milk choc, and there both great
#22 by RyanIdol, Jun 22. 2017, 00:54
Wow dude. This recipe should have sold and made you a lot of money. It really is great! I used tfa sweet cream at 2% instead of milky undertone, and did .5 regular tfa sweetener. But shake and vape it's delicious, very much like Frosted Flakes! Can't wait for it to at least settle after vigorous stirring, I'm sure it will get even better. Cereal 27 is a great secret weapon, but I've been using it a lot lately, and you figured out how to nail it down. Not sure about milky undertone (don't have it)...but I think you should try 2% tfa sweet cream, because I have a hard time believing it's better with milky undertone....however, I totally trust your judgement now. Job well done. Thank you for sharing, you should be getting paid for this bad boy!
#23 by Dubbya, Jun 23. 2017, 01:58
Another winner right here. Didn't even bother with a small test batch, whipped up 180 ml right off the hop and was sure it'd be great. It is! Well done!
#24 by SessionDrummer, Jun 27. 2017, 03:32
SteamRoom very nicely done. Not a lot of (good) Cereal 27 heavy mixes out there, but yours def. is. Steeped it for a few weeks as I've been let down often by cereal mixes, and even with the 3 week wait, this one's a keeper. Don't have any ooo flavors, and subbed FA Cream Fresh, and it worked out great. THIS one is slated for the BIG bottle mix next time. Would love to help support you via BCF, as that's the LEAST any of us can do to help out, after you've provided a turnkey, delicious recipe but I noticed they had TPA Malted Milk listed ?? Can you clarify ??

10/10 this mix is absolutely perfect, i subbed the Milky Undertone with 1% TFA Dairy Milk, 1% FA Cream Fresh and 0.25 TFA Malted Milk
#26 by JoeisWack, Jul 21. 2017, 04:10
Just wanted to say that I am new to DIY and this is only the third juice I have mixed so far. I literally just got done mixing my first bottle and while I am going to let it steep for at least a week before I vape it, I did a little taste test after shaking it a bit just to get a sense of what it tastes like. I am already absolutely blown away. It tastes just like a bite of a milky bowl of delicious Frosted Flakes.

Phenomenal job on this one and I will definitely be back to rate it once I have gone through a few tanks. I fully expect this to become an ADV for me.
#27 by JoeisWack, Aug 4. 2017, 19:32
After letting this steep for a little over a week, I have been vaping it now for the past few days and it is amazing. 5 stars for this ejuice which tastes exactly like Frosted Flakes. This is an ADV for me. It is delicious.

Subbed Cream (Milky Undertone) with FA Cream Fresh. Amazing!
#38 by Bfmv1984, Jan 10. 2018, 16:00
I made this last week and let it steep for a week and I was disappointed it was weak and doesn't taste like frosted flakes and smells like captain crunch I wouldn't make this again I'm still searching for a good corn flakes vape.
#39 by Dubbya, Jan 10. 2018, 19:05
FWIW, cutting the Acetyl Pyrazine down to .5% tames the "corn" flavor. I upped the cream, Lucky Leprechaun and Marshmallow to 2.5% and doubled the sweetener too. Lovin' it in my Uwell Crown tank.
#40 by aaronmixes, Jan 11. 2018, 14:49
My favorite frosted flakes to date thnx steam

#43 by FunnySlumberBunny, Feb 19. 2018, 23:38
WOW!! Never figured myself for a cereal girl but OMgee this is DELICIOUS and very likely my new AdV. Made 30 MLS earlier but should have made a ginormous bottle and I'm about to do that very thing! This is one of the best recipes I've tried on this site. Kudos @Steamroom!! Well done 5 stars!!
#44 by FunnySlumberBunny, Feb 19. 2018, 23:42
I did sub CAP Marshmallow and FA Cream Fresh for TPA marshmallow and Milky OOO. Perfection!!
#45 by Mcclurejacob, Feb 20. 2018, 21:29
Wow. This was recommended to me by someone and I didn't think I'd like it from the smell but I let it sit for a month and this is really good. Thank you
#46 by WehrWulf, Mar 11. 2018, 02:28
Wow!...just WOW! I bought this from bull city flavors. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! This hit’s every note that I’ve been searching for in e liquid. This is my new favorite liquid hands down
#47 by FunnySlumberBunny, Mar 11. 2018, 08:12
Just reporting back that my friends and I are still using this as our ADV! The AP and the C27 are a badass combo!! Thanks!!
#48 by Mere, Apr 25. 2018, 06:02
This is a great mix. I’m trying to get as close to FunkMaster Nanas as I possibly can but am having trouble finding the right banana flavor for the mix. Every one I have tried so far has been too much like banana candy. Anyone else on this quest? Or does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions that would be helpful? My latest try was TPA Banana.
#49 by Mcclurejacob, Jun 6. 2018, 05:42
How long is the steeping time?

Tried this after 4 months (too many things steeping) & it really does taste like frosted flakes. Well done ✅
#59 by James Holden , Sep 29. 2018, 23:31
This is very good,it tastes just like the milk in the bottom of a bowl of Frosties and what I love even more about it is that there is no fruit in it for a change. I will definitely be making this again soon without a shadow of a doubt. Hats 🎩 off to you Sir and thank you. Its grrreat!!!
#60 by Steve, Nov 8. 2018, 01:38

Purchased the community recipe pack from BullCityFlavors.com all 30ml flavors. I noticed the recipe is slightly different from what is listed here but it is damn good. I made a 30ml test batch that after an overnight steep is awesome. I am getting a real taste of milk left in the bowl. I will let it finish steeping before I test again but I definitely am enjoying this one. Can't wait to make a 250ml batch. Thank you.
#66 by DanHank, May 20. 2019, 22:27
I dont have this , I dont have that, I subbed this for that. If you changed anything please dont comment your results because what you did is change his recipe and made a whole new recipe. It will have way different results believe me. SteamCraft thanks for sharing with 4 weeks steeping the ooo milk really starts to shine as a great milk. Thanks again for your hard work. Love the recipe! 5 stars from this old school mixer. Keep doing what your doing brother 👊
#67 by Whendex, Jun 5. 2019, 20:44
Excellent recipe, I really don’t get a lot of corn grainy taste in this recipe though, maybe a tad more AP? But, in my opinion the recipe is light, sweet, and is ADV material. The lucky leprechaun really shines in this. It really compliments the marshmallow to give the an authentic “frosted” flavor. Well done, Sir. I love watching your old mixing videos and congrats on the sobriety, brother.
#68 by OddModicum, Jun 16. 2019, 22:12
roflmao, Ok... so I've had this saved to mix for ages from ATF i think... just now got the flavors I was missing, came back here to tweak, and dayum. I am SO much more excited to try this now that I've read the backstory. Tony'll show those lil' bastids some snap! crackle! pop! I'll mix and rate this week.. another well regarded Frosted Flakes has risen to the top of my adv list, so I can't wait to add another take on the tiger... flavor similar but slightly different to break it up a bit. I'll be back. And goodonya for the story.
#69 by DewyRoss, Jul 13. 2019, 01:52

#71 by jake’N’vape, Dec 27. 2019, 15:47
Absolutely love this flavor profile. I originally made this as is & soon realized Im VERY sensitive to AP (1st time using it [TFA]) Luckily decided to try again reducing AP to 0.3% and WOW, very impressed! I will continue to mix ur recipes for sure.
#72 by Hades, Jan 19. 2020, 18:25

Mixed this up, never yet tried it. Just wanted to know does cereal 27 have a really strong chemical smell? I I've never used it before and I feel like I've been sold the wrong concentrate
#78 by DaveN2KL, Mar 12. 2021, 17:51
Once a classic always a classic! I find myself constantly coming back to this as an ADV. It Definitely works and is really addictive. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would, but for now....5 stars, thanks, enjoyed this...
#79 by Apathy, Mar 16. 2021, 07:01
@danhank well said! So many new people getting into diy with the vapemail ban happening in the U.S., and they havent learned that changing anything makes it a completely different recipe. There are literally hundreds of compounds in the flavorings and changing 1 flavor can ultimately change 10 or 20 compounds which all have different chemical reactions with the compounds in the other flavorings.
@steamcraft (room) (Leo) hope you and yours are doing well brother! I know its been a rough couple years but its awesome seeing ya pull through, keeping your shit together and persevering through it all. MUCH RESPECT!!!!!!! I hope everything works out as well as possible for you, your woman, and your kid. One day at a time bro, one day at a time. Just keep on keeping on, and hopefully everything will work out for you and yours. Im Still mixing your recipes 7 years later, stand the test of time. This is still by far imho the best frosted flakes recipe out there. Ive not had any in about a year, time to mix up another 500mls. Ya got me on FB if you ever need something. Lol anyway, stay well and keep safe my friend.
#80 by CamV6, Feb 15. 2023, 10:38
So, thanks to ELR being a bit of dick these days we have 5% of an unknown flavouring in this fabulous looking recipe I’d love to mix. Can you update as to what that mystery flavor should be please?
#81 by Ken O'Where, Feb 15. 2023, 11:57
