Tested this recipe, at first the coffee came out first.
4 days later, it tasted nothing like intended.
After a 14 day steeping period, it came out balanced, but the coffee no longer comes up first, instead, the sweetness does.
Overall I found it good but not what I had in mind.
Nevertheless, thank you for the recipe. I am new to this world.
