Pineapple, Banana and Coconut layered in a smooth cream base. Pretty fucking spot on IMO.

This one is a long steeper, so don't bother to test this until the 1 month mark. It really peaks after 6 weeks.

The Pineapple SC is critical in this recipe. I've tried this mix with other Pineapples and none of them worked until I tried the Pineapple SC.
