Notes
This will please most caramel fans. If you don't have Candy Caramel, just leave it out. Give this juice at least a week to take proper form.

This isn't one that I make for myself, but others who have had it seem to like it.

#2 by Daniel5343, Aug 11. 2015, 20:28
This looks super tasty! Only thing I'm missing is TPA Caramel Original. I'm about to re-up on my VG and stuff..... will definitely order some caramel flavor and try this. Thanks for posting it!
#3 by Dio, Aug 14. 2015, 21:07
Just perfect creamy caramel juice.
Thanks alot for sharing!
#4 by Honeysuckle, Aug 25. 2015, 02:38
swapped caramel candy for 1% sweetener. holy jumping' f*** jesus! you can sell this stuff its so good.
#5 by RadianceNL, Sep 3. 2015, 07:38
I've made this yesterday with 6mg nicotine.
I steeped it in a yoghurt machine for 8 hours and just tested my first batch and the taste is amazing!

It comes very close to the creme brulee from Nickoticket which I loved and used as reference.
It lacks a little bit vanilla flavour but that might be due my way of steeping so I'm letting it rest for a week now.

If it doesn't improve I'm gonna try it with 1% less caramel

Thanks a lot for posting!
#6 by anxdiety, Sep 7. 2015, 20:41
I was working on something extremely similar. Except instead of sweet cream I was using CAP French Vanilla and CAP V1 Custard.
#7 by ThirdWorldOrder, Sep 7. 2015, 20:43
I love anything with French Vanilla/Custard v1 in it. I'm sure it will be good!
#8 by anxdiety, Sep 7. 2015, 20:46
Just made the recipe public. Haven't really been able to let it steep. It's awesome after just 24 hours, but steeping will bring the Caramel out more.
#9 by Peterbilt379, Oct 3. 2015, 23:37
I was wondering how an apple or pear flavour would work in this recipe. Any suggestions?
#10 by ThirdWorldOrder, Oct 5. 2015, 15:24
Pear or Apple could totally work. If you use Pear, start at lower percentages. Just pick your favorite Apple/pear and roll with it
#11 by Barkenator, Oct 21. 2015, 16:47
Now if we could only get a good quality butterscotch out of you things would be great. 👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺👌🍺✌
#12 by Robert Shaw, Oct 21. 2015, 16:49
Thank you for the recipe. I've been getting sick of my old Butterscotch & Custard.
#13 by KGuardian, Oct 31. 2015, 21:33
Very nice caramel recipe. Best I've tried. I was eating almonds while vaping it.... excellent!
#14 by ThirdWorldOrder, Dec 2. 2015, 23:10
@RadienceNL, I know this is a really late reply, but try taking out the caramel candy. You could always add Vanilla Swirl to this if you want more vanilla (or French vanilla). Not sure if you're even mixing this recipe anymore but let us know how it turns out if you do go that route!
#15 by r8nes, Dec 10. 2015, 12:00
How much it steep? a week ? 2-4 days?
#16 by ThirdWorldOrder, Dec 13. 2015, 08:19
4-7 days
#17 by Tr1xxy, Dec 21. 2015, 23:21
Nice to see this back. All your recipes were private earlier; )
#18 by RadianceNL, Dec 23. 2015, 20:07
@ThirdWorldOrder:
I do actually so even late still thanks for the reply!
I'm out of TPA Custard but I'll give it a go with what you said and instead of TPA Custard I'll use CAP's version. I don't have Vanilla Swirl but I'll add some French Vanilla instead which I have here :-)
#19 by swanseajack1234, Jan 3. 2016, 13:14
What about dulce de leche instead of the Carmel candy.
#20 by Bledzepplin, Jan 12. 2016, 01:33
All I can say is this is very good
#21 by Kitty, Jan 19. 2016, 22:01
Hello, how much Apple should I use ?
#22 by swanseajack1234, Jan 19. 2016, 22:39
I wonder what this would be like with banana cream. Hhhhhmmmmmm may give it a whirl.
#23 by Hazatem, Jan 19. 2016, 22:47
@ThirdWorldOrder how to steep in hot water or letting it in dark place??
#24 by Andreas4463, Jan 19. 2016, 23:40
WHAT SORCERY IS THIS THIS IS FKING DELICIOUS!!! 5/5
#25 by Hazatem, Jan 19. 2016, 23:43
@Andreas4463 did u try this is bad or good?
#26 by Andreas4463, Jan 20. 2016, 02:43
@hazatem yes I made it 2 days ago and its really good I will let it steep more I think the caramel will come out more but its still very good !
#27 by Hazatem, Jan 20. 2016, 02:55
Thanks andreas
Another question man ifyou please am sorry man how do you steep ?
#28 by Andreas4463, Jan 20. 2016, 02:57
i steep it natural way close the bottle shake it for 40-60 sec and let it sit in a dark place
#29 by Andreas4463, Jan 20. 2016, 02:59
i may add some sweetener in it and let it steep for 2-3 days must be good :)
#30 by Hazatem, Jan 20. 2016, 03:02
Thanks man :D
Nice to meet u here :D
#31 by Andreas4463, Jan 20. 2016, 03:06
nice to meet you too Hazatem:)
#32 by Bledzepplin, Jan 20. 2016, 03:58
I also think it needs some sweetener but otherwise a very good recipe thanks a bunch
#33 by JamesRaul, Jan 23. 2016, 15:24
I've been having a real hard time with these caramels being muted. Steeping only slightly intensifies the flavor. Is it possible I'm over flavoring? I'm usually around 10% caramel (total with both)
#34 by ThirdWorldOrder, Jan 23. 2016, 15:40
@James, that appears to be over flavoring. I wouldn't really go higher that 6% combined
#35 by Andreas4463, Jan 24. 2016, 02:44
ok guys i tried it with sweetener 1 drop every 5ml vaping it now after 4 days this thing is awesome right now not too sweet but the creamy caramel i am getting right now is fantastic!!U can sell this thing for good! thanks again for the recipe mate!
#36 by leirbag23, Jan 29. 2016, 04:27
Did anyone try mixing this with the DX version of the Caramel flavor? Really looking forward to this one, been craving some nice caramel juice for a while now!
#37 by cobusalberts, Jan 29. 2016, 10:49
Looking forward to trying this out! Just ordered my ingredients. Just not keen on having to wait for that steeping time! I wanna taste this bad boy!!!!
#38 by Melodycd, Feb 8. 2016, 05:14
I do always feel pepper smell in VBIC, Vanilla Custard, Vanilla Swirl ((( Most of recipes here are with this stuff. If i don't want vanilla taste but creams and custards, what would be best substitution?
#39 by ThirdWorldOrder, Feb 12. 2016, 18:35
Melodycd, I get that pepper taste from those flavors as well, but only mixed with certain ingredients. This recipe won't have that.
#40 by Melodycd, Feb 14. 2016, 15:20
ThirdWorldOrder, thanks for feedback. I made my adaptation of recipe without custurd, but with swirl, sugar and acetylene parasite. I made it before your reply about pepper taste. Will try my adaptation first. Not sure if Acetil Parazin works here in any way, this is the first try. Check the recipe tjek.nu/r/3Drb
#41 by Lama, Feb 15. 2016, 11:45
Steeping! This smells amazing!
#42 by Eravelle, Feb 15. 2016, 16:53
Finally caved and bought Caramel Candy (already own 3 caramels) just to try this recipe as created, it arrives tomorrow, can't wait!
#43 by Twitch, Feb 16. 2016, 00:38
Good after a week, Really good after a 2 week steep.Adding it to my rotation. Thanks!
#44 by cobusalberts, Feb 16. 2016, 07:19
Definitely needs a proper steep, no getting around it. I didn't have the Candy, but even without it's become my ADV for this month! Thanks ThirdWorldOrder
#45 by Decafsteak, Feb 23. 2016, 03:01
made it using Capella's Vanilla Custard V1 at same percentage and its a good shake and vape, flavor changes as it steeps tho. starts off like a caramel creme, then starts to taste like a good mexican flan as it steeps and coils glaze over

Rated it a 5/5 for a good easy simple flavor
#46 by Eravelle, Feb 23. 2016, 13:48
6 days out from mixed and this is already showing a lot of promise, I can't wait until it gets some real steeping in. It tastes almost like a salted caramel custard right now and it is going great with my coffee. I'm glad I waited for my order of caramel candy to show up before mixing it, this recipe is a real winner as written. You're a flavor genius, thanks so much!
#47 by aaaps, Feb 26. 2016, 08:23
немного горьковатая карамель. настаивал пока от силы дня 4. и тем не менее 9 из 10.
#48 by DustyLee, Feb 28. 2016, 02:55
This stuff is awesome, getting ready to make my 4th 30ml batch. It is good whether dripped of through my uwell crown.
#49 by Dessert Island, Feb 29. 2016, 06:29
is it possible to go without the caramel candy?
#50 by DustyLee, Feb 29. 2016, 10:51
The caramel candy is what makes it IMO!
#51 by Uncaged, Feb 29. 2016, 22:36
Don't have the Caramel candy, but trying it out without. Was thinking on a touch of butterscotch instead, but will try as is without that candy.
#52 by AfterInf, Mar 1. 2016, 21:43
Vapable but still not good. :(
#53 by ffrank, Mar 7. 2016, 13:57
You think subbing TPA Caramel for CAP's version would still be good? Or maybe FA?
#54 by aaaps, Mar 10. 2016, 12:49
Попарил ещё немного и пожалуй повышу оценку до 10 из 10. Очень вкусно.
#55 by Drinkmilk, Mar 10. 2016, 21:59
Wow really good!
#56 by aaaps, Mar 11. 2016, 17:04
добавил 1% irish cream, потом удалю сообщение и напишу как изменился вкус.
#57 by Lama, Mar 11. 2016, 20:13
Just tried it after 20 days steep and it's a winner
#58 by Melodycd, Mar 11. 2016, 20:17
After 11 days, I still taste only pepper. No caramel at all ((( strange. My modified recipe is full of caramel and no pepper. For those who taste pepper in custurds.
#59 by Bledzepplin, Mar 11. 2016, 21:05
Melodycd, it sounds like you have bad nicotine
#60 by Melodycd, Mar 11. 2016, 21:11
No nicotine in my 30ml test. This is me ))) Something wrong with my taste. Or may be it is TPA, with bad vanilla custard?
#61 by ffrank, Mar 11. 2016, 23:59
@melodycd Could be the custard too. To me, TPA custard is the most horrific taste I've ever had in an eliquid.
#62 by yiana, Mar 15. 2016, 22:04
@ffrank did you wnd up trying this with cap vanilla custard?
#63 by Kiwi_Vaper, Mar 15. 2016, 22:07
@TWO Can I sub TPA vanilla custard with CAP vanilla custard V1? If so, what % of CA VCV1 should I use and what would be the steep time? Many thanks.
#64 by yiana, Mar 19. 2016, 01:01
I had to sub cap vanilla custard for the tfa. This is fantastic! So smooth. Thank you for posting this.
#65 by Uncaged, Mar 27. 2016, 00:56
A month in and mine is tasting pretty good :) I didn't have caramel candy, and I added 3% Bavarian cream. I think if I make it again I'd use Cap's VC though
#66 by jsambado, Apr 2. 2016, 22:47
Can i sub TPA Vanilla C for CAP VC1?
#67 by clockwork, Apr 7. 2016, 01:35
excellent! I let it steep for just over 5 weeks. Started vaping on a 30ml bottle around 10pm last night and right now its over half gone . I subbed out sweet cream for dx as I ran out of the standard. It really came into its own after about week 3 but I held off to give it longer . Glad I did . Thanks for sharing !
#68 by BunnyT, Apr 8. 2016, 19:05
I don't have caramel candy but I do have natural caramel and orig. caramel, which caramel percentage should I switch for the natural. Thanks!
#69 by Khorgan, Apr 20. 2016, 03:55
This recipe is one of my favorites. I cannot use it more than 2 days in a row or I start not getting any flavor from it but I have to go back to it every week and vape a few tanks. Great Job.
#70 by DCM8, May 4. 2016, 03:38
This is one of my favorite ADV. I recommend not leaving anything out. The caramel candy really helps a lot.
Takes at least 2 weeks for it to really shine.
Thank you for such a great vape.
#71 by N, May 4. 2016, 18:41
aaaps, добавлять карамель или нет?
#72 by JB, May 11. 2016, 23:00
Added 2% TPA Apple Pie. Yummo!!
#73 by Lama, May 12. 2016, 00:33
I love this. Really smooth and perfect for tasty clouds in a Aromamizer
#74 by SamehCena, May 13. 2016, 07:25

#80 by Kitkat, Feb 3. 2017, 06:03

#81 by Juicy drip, Feb 5. 2017, 14:00
Thank you for bringing this back public. This has been my ADV for about a year now.
#82 by ItzMrWright, Feb 16. 2017, 04:53
Very nice. Thank you for sharing.
#83 by SwampKittens, Feb 27. 2017, 16:14
I made this almost identical but split up the 3% sweet cream with 1.5% sweet cream and1.5% French vanilla creme. So good.
#84 by The_Ckemist, Apr 12. 2017, 11:27
I know TheThirdWorldOrder does not have 100s of recipes like some on hear lol, but the recipes he does have are quility and imo that is much better than 100s of ok recipes.
I'm a massive custard van and i'm always on the lookout for bew ideas or changes to my own custards, and this guys custards i have made and loved so much, i also adapted a couple for my self and that has worked well too, cheers
#85 by Tortugi, Apr 16. 2017, 23:54
On 10 ml i made the other day, i got a very bad milk taste. Something between outdated milk and plastic. That taste sticks in my mouth and dries it, need to spit or wash it to get it out. Really aweful taste. This is isolated, i made another bottle before and was fine as far as i remember. Any thoughts on what went wrong? Im kinda scared of doing another bottle after that expirience
#86 by jozess, May 10. 2017, 03:03

#92 by ThirdWorldOrder, Jul 20. 2017, 01:12

#93 by 2Fargone, Jul 20. 2017, 02:02
I abit new too this, have only tested about 20 recepe on this forum, this are the 2 best soo far: e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1529816/Harvest%20Shortcake%20with%20Cream
And e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/255064/INTERNAL%20LEAK%20OF%20CUTWOOK%20UNICORN%20MILK
#94 by Shane, Jul 20. 2017, 05:09
Well they say honesty is the best policy, @ThirdWorldOrder I was told this one is the closest to SVC Little Havana, still steeping at the moment although you don't instill much confidence, despite comments and I commend you for your respectful, calm and straight forward response, however regardless of the comments I am still looking forward to vaping this one. 👍
#95 by ThirdWorldOrder, Jul 20. 2017, 05:59
I had taken this recipe down for a few months just because I didn't really think it was the bees knees or anything special. I have some friends that really like it though, and I received some PMs asking for it to be made public again which is why it's posted. Different flavor profile preferences for everyone I suppose! Hopefully this one suits yours Shane.
#96 by Shane, Jul 20. 2017, 06:14
Cool thanks @ThirdWorldOrder I've a feeling I will definitely like this one, respect ✊🏻
#97 by Shane, Aug 23. 2017, 19:39
Holy crap I don't even remember leaving that comment, anyway mixed and waiting to vape, looking forward to this one.
#98 by Shane, Sep 21. 2017, 19:03
Started vaping this one and really like it, I kinda forgot and went off custards a bit, then found this in my cupboard, tried it, and have been re-converted, this stuff is very tasty and I would definitely make it again, thanks for the recipe dude!
#99 by FunnySlumberBunny, Nov 6. 2017, 18:36
Yikes!! Loved this last time I made it and Im needing a good caramel Custard like right away but out of Original caramel. I have plenty of DDL, salted, and candy caramels though. Any suggestions?!?
#100 by liquidRobot, Nov 8. 2017, 14:46
The best caramel-custard vape ever. Super rich and satisfying. All you need if you like custard or caramel.
#101 by msclcar1, Dec 5. 2017, 20:13

#104 by sahinkenar, Jan 15. 2018, 11:38
Hey guys, i am missing Caramel Candy (TPA) and looking for some tobacco flavor too, so i will add 1% Bavarian Cream (TPA) and 1% RY4 Double (TPA) and see what happens...
#105 by Niaskos dimitrios, Jan 31. 2018, 20:01
If i add buterscotch i must skip caramel candy?
#106 by Niaskos dimitrios, Jan 31. 2018, 20:06
If i add pear candy how much i can add?1% its ok?
#107 by ThirdWorldOrder, Feb 1. 2018, 17:12
Probably a good idea to get rid of all the caramel if you’re going to use Butterscotch instead. As for Pear — I have no idea 🤔
#108 by Niaskos dimitrios, Feb 1. 2018, 17:29
Thank you man.😉
#109 by Niaskos dimitrios, Feb 20. 2018, 10:42
Ι put capella custard and i think is much better...the liquid has "body" with capella custard.my opinion ...😉
#110 by 21Vapes, Feb 21. 2018, 19:14
what if I sub caramel candy by sweetener/cweet cream/super sweet?
#111 by Niaskos dimitrios, Feb 23. 2018, 23:52
7%vanilla custard and only 7 days steeping?
#112 by KevinJ, Apr 2. 2018, 08:58
mixed this an all I can say is I LOVE IT. great caramel and custard flavors. I let it steep for 2 weeks and have not put it away yet. I have another set away that has about a month steep going. This first bottle taste better every day. Great Job TWO
#113 by Bear, May 3. 2018, 03:21
Only had Carmel Candy,so I used 1.80 ml. of that. Then I took someones suggestion, and added .9 ml. of French Vanilla.Just let it steep for 24 hrs. and it is awesome! Can't wait to try it in about another 12 days.Kudos to you my friend! Great and simple, but very delicious. Thanks for sharing. :)
#114 by Zugmaschine, May 3. 2018, 16:29
Made some on April.20. Today i have tested. The was like no taste. very weak. I dont know ...
#115 by ThirdWorldOrder, May 3. 2018, 16:54
Zugs, the flavor should only intensity as time goes on so something seems off. As for more vanilla taste, if you really feel this recipe needs it, you could try using butterscotch (like FW Butterscotch Natural) instead of caramel. Or you might have some luck adding in 1-2% MF Vanilla.

Come to think of it, I’d just make the other recipe I posted called Imperial Butterscotch. I find that recipe to be way better than this one. First World Custard is also another similar one to this that I find is just much better than this one.
#116 by Zugmaschine, May 3. 2018, 18:10
Thanks for your quick answer TWO. Hope it will get more taste in the next few weeks. I wonder only, because some cooments here say its good with short steeptime. Maybe its because iam a MTL-Vaper.
I made a few of your recipes and all i enjoyed, like both versions of your "First World Custard".
Cant make the Imperial Buttescotch until now, because cant get Butterscotch(natural) here in Germany. I have only standard FW Butterscotch & FW Butterscotch Ripple, FA Butterscotch, FLV Butterscotch and LA Butterscotch. Can u offer me a way to sub the natural Butterscotch?
#117 by ThirdWorldOrder, May 3. 2018, 18:11
You certainly sound like a caramel/butterscotch fan like myself. If you can access Medicine Flower flavorings, just pick up their Butterscotch and mix it up at 1%. I also add MF Caramel to it at around 0.2% for more awesomeness (not necessary.) Makes mixing much easier without sacrificing flavor!
#118 by Cstober, Jun 4. 2018, 02:53
Subbed Cap Vanilla Custard V1 7%
And Sweetener 1% instead of Caramel Candy

I'm surprised how well this acts as a SNV. I'm excited to see it age. From my experience, heavy custards take weeks to taste decent but not this one.
#119 by Jdecker, Jun 12. 2018, 22:28
could fa caramel work in this?
#120 by Jw21034 , Jun 15. 2018, 02:16
A must try.
#121 by Niaskos dimitrios, Jun 15. 2018, 05:28
This is a bad recipie man....sorry..
#122 by Ttrull1982, Jul 2. 2018, 19:26
Delicious recipe. I subbed for cap vanilla custard v1. Awesome stuff. Im leaving to visit family next week and just made a 120ml to take to my cousin. 5 stars.
#123 by Ice, Jul 14. 2018, 20:02
Excellent, whipped this up for some friends who wanted me to clone a caramel pudding recipe they enjoyed and they said they loved it.
#124 by Zvapez85, Aug 5. 2018, 17:19
Very good but even better with Fa caramel and a little super swee
#125 by Siskologist, Oct 7. 2018, 02:18
Made this 2 weeks ago and it's very good! Thanks for sharing!
#126 by Bear, Dec 20. 2018, 23:19
Made this and let it steep for a month. It was fantastic.I l love carmel, and I love custard. The best of both worlds right here. Now if I can figure out how to squeeze in some coconut somehow,as I love coconut to.Thank you! Great juice! easy 5 stars from me :)
#127 by Ruana, Mar 13. 2019, 21:58
I mixed this without Caramel Candy, added 0.75%,FA Caramel, 1.5% French Vanilla and 2% Vanilla Whipped Cream. Good. But I think with some Butterscotch and Vanilla Swirl it would taste teally nice. Also I'll lower the percentages of the Vanilla Custard to 6% or 5% (vaping on the Crown 4 w. mesh coils). This recipe may be old but it's still very good and also really versatile (can be used in bakeries and with fruits like apple/caramel apple or pear; peach would also work fine). Thanks for sharing.

To all the pepper tasters (TFA vanilla custard): Try INW Custard! Short steeper, 3-5 and it's good to go. Very nice, flavorful custard with body and mouthfeel. Not overly sweet, not that much vanilla, just a full flavored custard. Works in many combinations...

By far the best caramel I've found and I've looked around for over 3 years trying different ones. Tried & True this is THE ONE! Great job!

This looks very tasty. I'll leave out the Caramel candy and instead add FA Almond (perhaps making a second batch with hazelnut and Vanilla Cupcake from CAP). Also, using Toasted Marshmallow could improve the caramel note. I'll see...

@ThirdWorldOrder Since this is pretty much the best caramel custard on the planet I would like to sub in FA Premium Custard but I don’t know what percent to use can you help? I’m really Diggin the FA premium custard would like to know how to sub it in place of other custards out there!

Made a 10 ml batch and let it steep for two weeks and it was excellent. I now have a 30 ml batch steeping to make sure nothing has changed. This is as good or better than the Caramel Custard I have been buying.

@ColonelRebFan I would start at 3% and add as you need after a weeks steep. 3-4% is the average median used for FA premium custard in recipes. Or try 3% FA Premium with 1% Inawera Custard.

@Your Mom thank you! I'll. Give it a try!

I don't know if you still read these but this is my favorite vape to date thank you so much.

How many days should you steep this for?
#139 by ThirdWorldOrder, Jun 10. 2020, 21:28
Bare minimum, a week I’d say. After that it’s just patience for payoff. Sweet spot probably around 3-4 weeks but like always, taste is an individual thing.

ThirdWorldOrder, thanks 👍

This recipe has steeped, & now it smells so good I wish I could put a straw in & drink it.....of course I wouldn’t do that! It smells scrumptious & is very smooth!

I hope you never get tired of hearing this but this is still one of the most amazing recipes on here and I'm back to vaping it full time again and I haven't picked it up in almost 3 years so thank you again for making a classic mix that will last!!

Any possibilities to sub cap VC with TFA VC II ? if possible at what percentage should i use/add?
#145 by Kronik.coils, Dec 24. 2022, 12:02
cream(tpa) and 1%super sweetner(tpa) as I don't have sweet cream. I wasn't wowed as a SnV after an hour on the heated stir plate, tasted again at the 4 day mark and felt it lacked a little sweetness and had a hint of burnt Caramel....
After a week wow! It's so damn tasty. Shame I only made 30ml, now I need to make a bigger batch and wait for it to steep.

I leave out TFA Caramel Candy and used 6% TFA Caramel (Original). Since I didn't have TFA Vanilla Custard, I used the same percentage of CAP Vanilla Custard. It's very good. Thank you.
