Maisiebess, Try with 0.75% Vienna Cream (FA). You *could* try it with Whipped Cream (TPA) or Sweet Cream (Cap) but none of them would be quite the same ;P

Hey Lars, what are your thoughts on comparison between the original and the v2 here? Thought you may be able to help me decide which version to mix first! Keep up the great work.

Hey cxxxxp - If you have both cheesecakes then try both and see which you like best - it's a slight tweak. Personally I've mixed the original more often than this one - so I might prefer the original :)
