Notes
You get mostly the ice cream'ish flavor right away with a strawberry syrup like flavor. The strawberry will benefit from a 3-7 day steep and really start popping as the ice cream flavor matures.

I know you love your Black Currant. I don't have any but I have Bilberry but yet to mix with it so don't know how well it plays with other flavors. Should I give it a go or drop it and stick to the pair o strawberrys?

I'd just stick to the strawberries, the black currant is what gives this the syrup like flavor. You'll still get a pretty good strawberry sundae but it won't have that one element.

OK think I'll just wait till I get some black currant

Been steeping since you dropped the recipe and I finally cracked. Had to sub toasted marshmallow but it's quite tasty, mostly getting the stryrup right now in the velocity on SS TC but I'm gonna try it on a nice warm surface build and see if I can get some more cream notes. Very well done again sir, my cap is indeed off to you.

Could you sub vanilla bean gelato with vanilla bean icecream
#6 by DrFrankensteep, Jan 12. 2016, 23:45
I had to sub the bean ice cream in. All I had close to it. It is deffinitly popping after 3 days..hard to wait 4 more days! I'll remake when gelato comes in.

Can I use tfa blackberry instead of fa blackcurrent?
#9 by Adam Biondo, Jul 11. 2016, 22:32
@Mista L Probably not, I'd just leave it out. Blackcurrant isn't used for its fruit-flavour, it's used to give the strawberries a syrupy characteristic.

Ecigexpress had Blackcurrant from Flavors Express on sale so I grabbed some with my last order. I have yet to add it to any of my mixes. Any idea if it would work in place of the FlavourArt Blackcurrant?

This was the first recipe I tried with blackcurrent in and at first I was like this tastes really strong. But after I let it steep it mellowed out and made this one of my favorite vapes. I cant can not get enough of it! Well done. I mixed up blue addy and it's delicious. Thanks fresh

Another great recipe fresh03. I just got around to mixing this one and the blackcurrant sets off those strawberry flavors nicely. I had to sub the french vanilla with capella french vanilla, and also the whipped cream with vanilla whipped cream cappella, but its still very tasty. Very creamy vanilla. Awesome thanks for sharing this.
