Ipoh white coffee (kopi) is a popular coffee drink which originated in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, resulting in Ipoh being named one of the top three coffee towns by Lonely Planet. The coffee beans are roasted with palm oil margarine, at a lower temperature so the natural sugars are not caramelized within the coffee beans, making the coffee less bitter.
Story has it that white coffee was first created by Hainanese immigrants who settled in Ipoh Old Town during Perak state's tin-mining boom. Unimpressed by the bitter Western-style coffee their British counterparts were partial to, they reinvented the brewing techniques to suit their palates.
Often served with sweetened condensed milk, and sometimes honey is added to minimize the acidity to keep the flavor balanced.

As soon as this smooth coffee vape touched my tongue, I got such an intense burst of flavors in my mouth. Literally felt like being in heaven. It's such a unique flavor profile, it's has nuttiness, tastes like caramel, and has a certain smokey-ness/burnt sugar taste to it. The condensed milk pushes the sweet creaminess over the top! The espresso isn't bitter at all, and it's just, beautiful.
Hehe muth I’m always working on coffee mixes, never liked any of the commercial coffee eliquids, I used to mix them together and cut them with base until I found my groove… which is exactly what got me into mixing 😎
Your Welcome Henning, and thanks for the comment 🤙
Dman, you know how I am with my coffee’s.. and the Espresso is really good, no bitter / burnt tires, just haven’t been able to push it to a top note, hence the heavy Condensed Milk on this one…
