This is my rendition of a Kentucky Peach, which would be Bourbon, Peach Schnapps, lemon juice and sinple syrup. Shake shake and serve on the rocks.

Saturn Peach and Ginger Peach make my Peach layer, slightly spiced and tea like but sweet and structured and delicious, Bourbon and Oak Barrel for the Kentucky notes, and Lemonade and sweetener for both the lemon juice and simple syrup.

Balancing this wasn't as much of a trick as my other attempt with Bourbon, and this is absolutely delicious at 5%.
