Hi Chris. I'm not entering this time around but I'm interested in seeing what others are doing. Thx for posting this. I did start working on a mix and I used a similar strategy as you, using a cake with lemon tones to boost the strawberry. Good luck with your other version. This looks tasty though. +1

The lemon from the pandoro I hid pretty well. At most you get just a hint of it but it does enhance everything well
