Notes
AAFL T Episode
V2 changes
Brandy up 0.5%
Mango pine up 1%
Cream up 1%
S/S up 0.25%
VTA dessicated coconut removed.

Liking the V2 more already even at day 2 steep. Happy how the custard layer has turned out and is pretty accurate to what I know as a trifle. First time using the mango passion. At this early steep the flavor is more of a conglomerate but perhaps mango forward. It is like you have put all the fruit in a blender.
The brandy note seems spot on that is not overpowering or prominant but perfect deliciousness. The point where you go back for more and more end up a bit tipsy. (watch out for the welder)
Have not had much luck with the vta dessicated coconut. I had used in it in V1 at 1.5%. Not sure if that is to low (for me) or I have been too impatient and needs longer to show up. At day 10 in V1 it wasn't present so I removed it in the V2.
Will come back to this at the two week mark to determine where everything is at but are happy with where this is now.
Thought of Adam when I picked the tune. I like a bit of bass funk.
