I accidentally added .5% of key lime and .5 of NY cheese cake and it gave it a great boost.

Wow this is just spectacular. The tangy citrus of the lime complements the cheesecake base so well. One of my absoulte favourites. Going to use this base with other citruses and see how they turn out. Thanks!

I wasn't impressed after the shake, but 2 days later, WOW! A truly lovely mix. This will be in my rotation.
