I think next batch I am going to reduce the CoConut Extra (TPA) to .5 just slightly to much for my palate.

I made this a few days ago. I didn’t have brown sugar so I just left it out and made no substitution. Still amazing! Every day it gets better and better! I’ll be mixing up another batch this weekend. I’m partial to custards and this is one of my favorites so far. Mark...your recipes never disappoint! Thank you!

I've made about 300mls of this. I really like the Funnel Cake in it - it gives a nice sweet cakey twist to a custard. Thanks
