Notes
Based on the fantastic flavor of RY4 Caramel Cream
made 30ml on 10-22-16
Very good as a S&V - only better with time... The Caramel Candy adds a subtle sweetness to this creamy RY4 mix. I bumped the Caramel Candy up a bit and the Cap VC1 and added CAP Butter Cream to this one to bump up the buttery creaminess. Will update in time.
=====================================================
Just 2 days into the steep and it is really good. The Butter Cream was a perfect add in on this V2..Might bump up the creams a bit on V3.
====================================================
OK, almost 1 week of steeping and it has only gotten better! I think I might bump the flavor total up on this, though...I'm finding that I prefer a higher flavor total in my mixes...for a bit more depth. I will let it go for another couple of weeks before trying that on V3
====================================================
Forever a work of art in progress! Love most anything with the RY4 in it on the bakery side.
comments welcome!

Hey, this looks really yummy! I just wanted to share this, after using Cap Butter Cream and finding it a tad underwhelming, I actually started using FW Tres Leche in its place for my recipes. It is a very creamy, buttery caramel. It is really good, and adds a nice depth to othet caramel concentrates. Think of butter, cream, and caramel all rolled into one and thats Tres Leche. Should give it a try! I am going to make this, thanks for sharing.

Ahhh...thanks so much for the lowdown on the FW TresLeche...I've been thinking of getting that one next, as I see it in a lot of recipes that I like. I will give it a go for sure. Thank you for the rating and comment! I do, though, love the butter cream in this!! Let me know how your version turns out.

Pmv, you absolutely have to try the RY4 Double with CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, it is almost like they were made to go together. So yummy together, you have to try it out.

@DoubleA MCO I absolutely will try the CAP VBIC with the RY4D...I'll borrow your ice cream RY4D mix and start from there...thanks! I'll let you know how it goes.

Hey, just got Zeppola, do you like donut/ pastry flavors? I haven't had much time to play with it yet, but it seems like the perfect fried dough flavor. It is a new FA flavor, I had to look it up, it is like an Italian fried dough/pastry. It doesn't have the weird playdoh taste like CAP donut either.

YES! I have been wondering about that flavor...almost got it the last time I put an order in. Looking forward to hearing more about it. Right now I think my head has been in trying out more of the Real Flavors line or as ecigexpress calls it Northwest Flavors.

Me too! Also, there is something called Lucky Shot that everyone seems to love, but I forgot the company name that makes it. Like a caramel vanilla type thing. How is that Caramel Candy concentrate? I almost order it every single time, but say maybe to myself 'maybe next time Amber'. I need to finally just order it.

I don't have any of the OSDIY flavors. Love the Caramel Candy...blends in place of regular caramel for more sweetness as needed instead of a sweetener being used, for me anyways. "So many flavors so little time" (and money! LOL)
