This is a clone of a discontinued juice of the same name by D&D Vapor, a great little juice company that's highly underrated imo. I'm still fine-tuning it a bit, but after five months and 14 iterations, this is very, *very* close to the original.

5 months and 14 iterations when there are only two flavorings, you scoff... yes. That's because you *must* use Capella CFB and Flavor West Caramel Candy for it to taste as intended. I've tried just about every other combo of chocolate and caramel flavoring out there, and none of those are remotely close to the juice I was trying to get to. Some are interesting/vapeable, some are not... but if you want real chocolate brownie drizzled with caramel, substitutions won't work for this one.

Sweeten to taste if you like, but use a light touch - the caramel candy sweetens it plenty as is. If you want to go even sweeter and/or bring out the caramel more, I recommend no more than 2 drops of sucralose per 10 ml.

For best results, steep at least a week. Two weeks is better, four is incredible.
