The name says it all! Its a Poached Pear Anglaise as part of my Decadent Series.

It will need plenty of steep time but if you must try to speed it up, you can crock pot it for 4-6hrs while shaking once an hour. Then let sit over night. The creams and the nicotine still don't develop and calm down as they should with a longer regular steep but if you cant wait :).

Description:
It is a Poached Pear Anglaise with a creamy light custard(anglaise) finish. A nice light quickly poached pear should be up front with different lingering spices.

V2: This is a rebuild of the V1 to fix what some might call a "cat piss" smell that the traditional Honey's give off. Because of that I also took the chance to make the Pear more prominent, lessen the creams, and up the spices and bitterness to bring it more in line with the real dessert.
