Top notes of pear and light tropical fruit with a strong cream base. Nice "heavy" or "thick" sensation from the DX Bavarian Cream paired with Pina Colada's coconut creaminess.
@JohnnyLack; There is no sub for Pear Candy, it is pretty unique. The recipe is the recipe. Any changes makes it an entirely DIFFERENT RECIPE. Put in a flavor order.
Thank you for sharing. Your recipes are always a treat. The first juice I made after diving into DIY, trying to make my own thing straight away, was Mustard Milk. I was losing faith that DIY could be as enjoyable as store bought juice, because my creations were rubbish. Fortunately Mustard Milk showed me it is possible.
Recipe looks great - I'm looking for a few nice light fruity mixes to supplement my usual custardy fare. I have FA Pear (and haven't really been using pear much in my mixes) - is that that a reasonable sub for the TPA Pear? if so at roughly the same percentage? I have to order the pina colada and candy pear so not a big deal to add one more if it really makes or breaks the recipe but if I can get by with the FA pear that helps my wallet.
This is some good stuff. I love pear, but it always seems to miss something. Good choice with the pina colada, don't get much of that flavor, but it filled in what I was missing in pear recipes.
