Shake and vape all I could taste was the Gold for Pipe. Over night taste test, and the bourbon shows up with force. Might drop it back to .75%. Bumped it up because I cut down the coconut to see if that was the cause of the odd after taste I started getting. Still not as Tobacco heavy as I want.

Update for 2 day steep: this one is going to have to take a couple weeks I think. Shake and vape, all I taste is the Gold for Pipe. Over night, all I taste is the bourbon. 2 days, I'm back to Gold for Pipe, but not as strong. Going to give it a couple weeks before I tweak it. I'm hoping that once it's all said and done it will be the perfect balance of ashy tobacco and smooth bourbon.

2 week update: sticking with this. I can't imagine it getting much better. The way everything blends together makes it really interesting. It's sweet, it's ashy, and it's got some spice notes to it that I think are coming through from the Gold for Pipe. I can taste something different with every hit.

Going to give this a 2 week steep recommendation.
