i can only find french Pipe Inawere TMD - is that the same flavor you have or is it different and if it is, how much percentage should I use?

should I up the Pipe Inawara TMD %, or keep the % where it is, i read somewhere those initials stand for someone's name and that it may be not as strong, please give me your thoughts, I would really appreciate your feed back before I make this, Thank you for your response ahead of time, mix master Darth LOL
