Thanks so much for sharing this! I just bought chefs flavors Mexican fried ice cream and I'm shocked at how close these 2 are! I made a few changes to try to make it the same as chefs but I still need to play around with it! This is excellent!

What would you recommend for a steep time? I made this for a friend as i don't do desserts so I don't have the slightest idea.

Thanks for this one, I just made 250ml , I subbed TPA rice crunchies because I don’t have FW. Also added strawberry , Hope that didn’t ruin it, gonna test it in 3-4 days , 1 week should be steeped, maybe 2 weeks because it’s complex with the churro, rice, Vienna combo

This is excellent , absolutely nailed the profile! Good job and thank you. On another note I tried to add strawberries on top (request from a friend) but I couldn’t taste it at all using 2% RFSC strawberry so I added 2% TPA strawberry ripe, gonna test it tonite , makes me cringe to go over 20% lol silly really but I hope it comes through, any advice is appreciated
