Looks pretty simple. Can I sub Capella Super sweet with anything else? I will give it a try then. The missing donut flavor could be the right way, cause IMO the original doesn't really taste like donut
#2 by Nastyfrank, Mar 30. 2017, 12:42
I believe if you use any sweetener it will be fine. Sucralose? Just look up the median use amount before you start adding it. Just incase.
#3 by Nastyfrank, Mar 30. 2017, 12:43
Or ethyl maltol?
#4 by alexnms77, Mar 30. 2017, 13:43
OK, that's what I thought... Thank you :)
#5 by alexnms77, Apr 4. 2017, 10:27
Mixed up a small batch yesterday. Right after mixing the smell is exactly the same like the original. I also vaped it right after mixing and the taste is very good. The only thing is that the taste is a little weak, but I will wait what happens when it's steeped. Perhaps the taste gets a bit stronger, if not I just increase the amount of flavor to a total of perhaps 16 %. Sometimes you have to keep it simple to get good results. Thanks for the recipe :)
#6 by Nastyfrank, Apr 6. 2017, 23:11
Hey man. I just pulled my 120 ml bottle out after 14 days steep.
Imo it is better than loaded glazed donuts. I really hope you enjoy.
#7 by hamid30, Apr 11. 2017, 16:16
looks amazing, can swap CD (tpa) with capella version CDS,,appreciate your effort>>>so simple so great
#8 by Master Control, Apr 17. 2017, 05:09
Hey Nastyfrank, I gotta to agree, I think you hit it dead-on!!, for a SnV it just got better everyday (never got a chance to let it steep, lol) Right after mixing the smell is exactly the same like the original. I'm going to order a another bottle from ruth to see if I can taste a difference in a blind taste test. ^5 "Ditto" appreciate your effort>>>so simple so great

I just tried this straight after mixing and I'm blown away. It is spot on. Obviously it will get even better with time. I must've vaped over a litre of the Loaded juice and this clone couldn't be any better. I would even say it is already better than the Loaded juice as I find that it has a slight dryness to it, but this recipe tastes exactly the same but without the dry feeling. The best clone recipe I've ever mixed. Seriously, well done.
#10 by simon, May 18. 2017, 09:58
Anyone tried this steeped? does it still taste spot on?
#11 by simon, May 18. 2017, 10:29
Just mixed it up, i have the original here. it smells very similar.
#12 by BobbyBazooka, May 18. 2017, 12:13
I have a bottle that's nearly 3 weeks steeped and it's amazing.
#13 by Nastyfrank, May 18. 2017, 15:57
I really appreciate you guys using my recipe. My last mix i subbed cinnamon danish with cinnamon danish swirl at the same % to make it a little stronger.
#14 by Nastyfrank, May 18. 2017, 15:58
If anyone has and sub ideas let me know. And if anyone has a request for another clone, id love to give it a shot!
#15 by simon, May 18. 2017, 15:59
Try elements key lime cookie and frost its amazing
#16 by BobbyBazooka, May 18. 2017, 16:55
Thanks for the danish swirl tip, I'll give that a try on my next mix. I have some of the Loaded juice here that is steeped 7 months and another bottle that is relatively fresh and your recipe is by far better than both after only 3 weeks, so thank you. I also made a small batch where I increased each flavour by half the percentage for a higher VG mix so I will update in a week or two with how that turned out.
#17 by alexnms77, May 18. 2017, 18:01
What about Dinner Lady Rice Pudding? One of the best creamy fruity stuff I've ever vaped... But no recipes anywhere...:(
#18 by rah2angga, May 19. 2017, 13:51
what about Caramel Almond by MYLK?
#19 by GalacticResidue, May 19. 2017, 19:07
Nice job Frank 👏
#20 by GalacticResidue, May 19. 2017, 19:11
I wanna know how you even got the recipe lol tough work but good payoff!
#21 by Larryloe, May 27. 2017, 06:30
I don't have vanillin or sweetner will leaving these out ruin it or can I sub vanillin for something else ?
#22 by Nastyfrank, May 27. 2017, 17:20
This recipe has been updated. I believe this is enhanced be eliminating the super sweet and changing the cinnamon danish to cinnamon danish swirl at the same %.
#23 by GalacticResidue, May 27. 2017, 17:28
Hey I have a thought take it for what it is but had the real juice in closet and was vaping clone for awhile decided to try original and I noticed an eggy note in there so my thought is that in the real recipe they used something eggy! did some research and supposedly FW custard has an eggy custard taste Im starting to think ruthless used this in their mix probably at a low percentage 1. there's also eggnog but Not sure if this would be the one. I can tell by the mouth feel its more likely a custard so once again in thinking Fw!
#24 by GalacticResidue, May 27. 2017, 17:36
I'm really sorry I meant to say FA custard not fw looked at notes was going from my head lol sorry bout that so ya FA 🤗
#25 by Perrymount , May 28. 2017, 14:53
Hey Frank, quick question. How crucial is the vanillin? Also, have you tried using frosted donut with this recipe? I think that it's made by (FA)
#26 by Master Control, May 30. 2017, 06:37
hey Nastyfrank;
My favorite e-juice is "Block Party" made by Eight Stories,
is that something that can be attempted ? I can't seem to even get close.
Thank You in Advance :-)
#27 by Master Control, May 30. 2017, 06:39
,,, btw the above is a sub idea, wanna give it a shot
#28 by deb , Jun 12. 2017, 18:47
I agree Block Party is delicious! Going to try the above recipe this week...ty...
#29 by nonivsop, Jun 20. 2017, 14:30
Would it be good to add 2 or 3% Glazed Donut (CAP)?
#30 by Nastyfrank, Jun 20. 2017, 15:26
Glazed donut (cap) doesnt taste like donut at all im 99% sure its not in the original recipe. It tastes just like playdough at every percentage ive tryed and mixed in everything ive try to use it in. To me its a recipe ruiner.
#31 by GalacticResidue, Jun 20. 2017, 17:15
Agreed not caps donut I do notice an egg note gotta be a certain custard type but not sure FA has a lemon note so probably not that!
#32 by DyVnasty, Jun 20. 2017, 22:01
Hey..any difference b/w vanillin and sucrolose??
#33 by Nastyfrank, Jun 21. 2017, 01:52
Yes sucralose is artificial sweetener and vanillin is 10% vanilla extract
#34 by Bob , Jul 24. 2017, 15:09
Has anyone tried this at a 70/30 ratio does it taste the same ? I have a batch steeping for a week now and wondering if I should add some em to the next batch. This recipe is amazing by the way :)
#35 by Whooptidooh, Aug 7. 2017, 19:41
I only have cinnamon danish swirl v2, will that be a huge difference in flavor?
#36 by alamoudi.moh, Aug 20. 2017, 09:19
hi, i made exactly the same, steeped it for a week, cannot taste anything like loaded, gave it some good hot bath, nothing changed!! what could go wrong?
#37 by dcornelius08, Nov 1. 2017, 12:22
Just mixed this up last night, smells amazing! just like the original loaded before they changed the recipe. im having high hopes for this one. will be trying it in a few days then again after a week. i will be sure to come back and give my input
#38 by There'sMore2mix'n, Dec 20. 2017, 23:54
This is the closest clone as far as Loaded .My second batch of this I added Custard TPA@1.5%.For me that was all that was missing.Great job.
#39 by simon, Dec 21. 2017, 11:32
Thanks :)
#40 by Jimmy The Stonerb , Apr 6. 2018, 01:40
Can I replace FE cake batter dip with capella cake batter ? Thank you
#41 by TwinsWin, Apr 17. 2018, 20:29
I'm missing a couple flavors, but Ima make this.
#42 by xander, May 2. 2018, 11:39
@nastyfrank can you maybe try cloning creme from element ive been looking for recipes but can t find any love the recipe btw so spot on
#43 by JTC, Jun 2. 2018, 12:44
Tastes more like a danish Custard imo
#44 by simon, Jun 4. 2018, 09:23
Have to agree with JTC. The initial smell is so close, as the days pass the smell changes and when you vape the ting its closer to custard than donut.
#45 by JTC, Jun 4. 2018, 09:55
I made a big batch as well so I've added some TPA VC, extra CAP VC and another 1% danish. It will now be a decent danish custard lol
#46 by SessionDrummer, Jan 19. 2019, 12:44
@nastyfrank, I just happened to have a bottle of the original, and mixed this up, and INDEED you are pretty damned close to it, no questions asked. Damn near SPOT ON. Not sure how in the hell you came up with this, as the individual ingredients, for a glazed donut ?? YUPPER. For my own sanity, I MIGHT toss in a smidge of INW Biscuit, a dash of Saline, and maybe a few drops of sweetener, but that's just to see. Regardless of what gets tweaked, your recipe is more than accurate. Very nicely done, 5/5 without hesitation. Thanks for sharing this seemingly not clone-ish mix, that indeed turned out to be SPOT ON.
#47 by OddModicum, Jun 16. 2019, 21:59
NastyFrank, looking forward to this one! Going to mix as soon as my new huge ass bottle (love em!) of Cap CDS and FW Cake Batter Dip show up day after tomorrow.

The only thing I do not have is the Ethyl Vanillin 10%... but I kinda have Vanillas coming out of my ears. Anyone have any thoughts on sub for Vanillin? I've got CAP French Vanilla, VBIC, Vanilla Cupcake, and Vanilla Custard 1 & 2. TPA I've got Vanilla Swirl, Vanilla Bean Gelato, VBIC, and DX French Vanilla, and Shisha Vanilla Inawera, and myriad creams/milks/marshmallows/meringues.

I'd be thrilled if anyone could offer a reasonable sub or sub blend based on the above (my stash is visible, too) for Ethyl Vanillin. I'm not sure I've ever even tasted it, so have no idea what I'm aiming for in a sub. Any ideas? I've not tried original, so just looking for an lovely glazed donut.

And SessionDrummer, did you ever try it with a touch of Biscuit INW and Saline? Wondering if those added or took away from orig, in your opinion.
#48 by Matt, Jun 28. 2019, 03:55
After a 2 week steep I'm vaping this on a Rebirth RDA.

I have vaped litres and litres of the original but unfortunately they changed the recipe and now it just tastes weak and a shadow of what it was.

This clone however brings back memories of the original. The smell and flavour are almost identical. Close enough that I don't pine for the original anymore. I would dare say that you can't get any closer to it. It even has the slightly dry aftertaste of the original.

I thank you so so much for this recipe.
#49 by Matt, Jul 7. 2019, 11:20
An update on my previous post -

After three weeks, this was even better. The flavour was stronger and richer with more delicious sweetness.

This is now spot on to the original, and maybe even better, as the dryness of the original is totally absent. At two weeks, the flavour was almost there, but a little weak and dry.

So, three weeks + is optimal for ths juice. At three weeks and above, it's spot on clone and maybe even better than the original.
#50 by Shinynix, Jul 9. 2019, 00:16
I unfortunately can't handle cinnamon in my juices... could I replace it with maybe a sugar cookie or some sort of bakery or creme? I know it won't be the same, but I'm dying for a good donut & this has so much praise! Side note, it's not an allergy, just a preference so if the cinnamon is in the flavor but steeps out that's fine. Thanks!
#51 by SessionDrummer, Jul 22. 2019, 00:02
@oddmodicum the biscuit and saline at very low levels did seem to improve it, but only in a slightly subliminal way. It worked for me, BUT, nastyfrank did such a great job, his stands on it's own. I was just looking to tweak the flavor uptake and pastry a notch.
#52 by SessionDrummer, Jul 22. 2019, 00:06
@oddmodicum, was trying to replicate what NCM has done from time to time....

its okay i haven't tweaked it yet though
#54 by CindyC, Mar 20. 2020, 16:14
Thank you! I tweaked this using your notes, etc. and FINALLY have almost exact taste of the commercial juice. I've only been diy since December and only vape mtl, so been struggling a bit. I have commercial version here and literally w/my tweaks cannot tell difference! Yay!

Revisiting this recipe. Presently vaping a liquid that was made on Dec 10th, 2018. OUTSTANDING!!! Not only do you get the realistic donut flavor, but I actually get the "glazed" icing flavor on the exhale. IMO this NEEDS a 1-2 month steeps to really shine. I'm a little cinnamon sensitive so I ended up dropping the CDS to 3%. Again, OUTSTANDING!!!
#56 by Ahmadlatayfe, Apr 25. 2020, 02:06
@cindyc can u share ur tweaks?
#57 by Serena, Jan 3. 2022, 08:26
Instead of cinnamon danish (which i don't have) I substituted glazed donut and the recipe tastes great after just shaking a small batch. i will probably steep a larger batch now that I've tried it.
great job!
#58 by Awwshucks, Jul 23. 2023, 03:31
Very good after a 7 day steep but a little sweet for my preference and I'm not sure why. I might let it steep a lil longer. I'm glad to finally have a use for cake batter dip! Anyone have ideas to make this the Loaded raspberry donut version?
