Just mixed this up. Subbed in FA almond (halved) for the marzipan and FW yellow cake instead of CAP. Really tasty shake and vape! The base reminds me of a doughnut I used to get from a local mill when I was growing up, (everything minus the coconut). Excellent recipe!

Thanks Schuie. Glad you enjoy. Did you leave out the coconut? Or were you talking about your childhood doughnut? As for subbing the yellow cake. It should be fairly close. Probably a good sub but I quit using FW yellow cake because of the sugars syrup in the flavoring. I will admittedly saw FW yellow cake is an awesome flavor. Cap is an excellent sub for FW and you will find most any new recipe I post will have Cap instead of FW.

Yeah I mixed it as is, minus the subs I mentioned. The doughnut I was referring to didn't have coconut - I'd imagine this recipe without the coconut would be very similar. I'll have to check out cap yellow cake as a sub.

@lola, Thank you for the feedback 😊 I’m glad you liked it. Did you steep it? Did you click on the rating above?

yes I always steep custard & bakery recipes at least 1 week for first try taste, then I steep them again 2-3 weeks again.
this recipie for example I made a bottle of 60ml
and ...as I really like, I'll keep a little juice of it (20ml) for tasting.
at least will continue to taste, as long as it doesn't fade ,
to see if I can make big bottle of this recipie.
(I will keep tasting a little juice of the 20ml bottle each week, to see if it fades, or not).

I 'm going to remix another 100ml right now...
so that I keep the 20ml bottle for the test .

thank you again for sharing a so great recipie TheJuiceFairy,
have to look at all your others now !!
