Notes
A nice lemon shortbread cookie with a dollop of blueberry jam on top.

Cookie (Biscotto) (FA) can be subbed for the Shortbread SC, but it won't taste quite the same. The EM is optional but adds the mouthfeel and a bit of sweetness.
