This needs to steep to let the cotton candy calm down and provide the sweet element to this. 1.5% is max on Cotton have tried from 0.75% upwards.EM doesnt work here nor does Graham clear If a lil too much then lower Cotton to 1% the longer the steep the better for this.

This is a work of art! Wow! craftsmanship at it's highest! Thank you for sharing it. Don't know if I could attempt this bit would make a perfect base to work from. I love digestive biscuits but have never seen it replicated like this.
