This recipe was inspired by a fruit salad I made. I was skeptical but very impressed. The tangerine and macaroon add a great background to the apple!
Macaroon is a nut that gets better with age. It is a bold flavor with a rich
nutty taste. Green apple plays well with a majority of fruits and citrus fruit is one. I found that the
lemon helps fruits POP a little. This lemon is sweet and tart with light citrus notes. Let this one steep
for a couple weeks and enjoy!
