Notes
**Steep time 5-7 days**
Growing up with a family of 5, mom in school full-time and my father a salesman supporting all of us meant we didn't have a lot of money. That all would change later in life when my mother graduated, but that wasn't until I was about 14. Up until that point, there was weekly trips to the fire station for that good government cheese and peanut butter. Most of the times my milk came in a box so seeing my dad putting water in my cereal was normal. However, when we did have real milk breakfast was a little different...It wasn't rice crispys, but actual rice.
You fill your bowl up with cooked rice, add a few scoops of sugar to it and then cover the top with cinnamon, now top it off with some actual milk! As odd as this sounds, it was so good. Good enough that I still eat it to this day every once in a while.

Rice - This is Wayne's Yeo layer. Once I tried it I knew I had to recreate this breakfast from my early days. No other flavor I had recreates rice like this does and FE did it well. It's not grainy and comes with a nice cream note already. Wayne did very good with this layer, it only needed minor adjustments to get it where I wanted.

Milk- Like I mentioned, Yeo already has a nice dairy note built in so I didn't need to do much more. I added 1% Bav cream just to thicken it up a bit and also give a bit of sugar flavor. Yes, sugar has an actual flavor! If you ever scooped the sugar up from the bottom of a bowl of milk you know what I mean. It has a slight almost light caramel note to it so that back note I get from bav cream helps in that sense. I also put a touch of FLV cream in here just to build that base up. FA fresh cream could be used as a sub at 1%, but I get a milkier cream from FLV. The real trick here is the FA coconut at .5%. It adds zero coconut flavor, but rather it turns this dairy note from just a cream to whole milk. If you want to see what I mean, smell the bottle of FA coconut then go smell your milk...it's scary how close they are and this works perfectly.

The final touch here is the Rich Cinnamon. This stuff is just like ground cinnamon, but it's also very strong. I tried it with CDS but it just wasn't hitting that raw cinnamon note and brought too many distractions to the profile. When I make this in RL, I dust the entire top with cinnamon so there's a pretty forward cinn note in this. For the juice version, two drops in a 30ml is more than enough. If you want to cut it back you can go with just one drop but I think it's best with 2.

There you have it, my Broke Breakfast and a trip down memory lane!
If you have the stuff, mix it up...you'll enjoy this one!

This is realllly good. A friend tried it and said it tasted like caramel popcorn to him. I definitely get a gooey rice sweet rice taste. I did not add cinnamon but I will soon!

I'm glad you like it. It's good either way, with cinnamon and without. It's a well balanced, simple mix that's super tasty! If you get a chance, drop a review...thanks for the feedback 😉

I like to wait about a week but 5 days is enough for the cream base to meld together

Just mixing my 3rd 100ml of this. I have not tweaked the recipe at all like I usually do, it's perfect as it is.
It has stayed in my rotation ever since 5 days after I made the first batch.
Thank you!

That's awesome @Microshift, I'm glad you enjoy this recipe. It's really good and I wish more people would try it...I think they get thrown off with the rice. I still find myself mixing this up, it's hard to stay away from. With fall here I know I'll be vaping it more often. Stay tuned though, I have a spiced vanilla cream about ready that you'll enjoy if you like this one

Delicious! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to halve the sweetner next time, but otherwise I'm appreciating the unique flavor. Very yummy 😋

Yeah, you can certainly cut the sweetener back. I like a slightly sweeter vape most of the time. I'm glad you like it, I always appreciate feedback so thanks for taking the time

this is one of the very very few recipes I tried and immediately loved. Be proud of that!

I had sweet rice & milk for breakfast a lot as a child so maybe thats why it hits the spot. I think I may try to tone the cinnamon down a bit and try to give it a buttery note. Thanks

Absolutely spot on. As a kid this was a common breakfast that I ate, this is super nostalgic for me. My ADV was Mango Sticky rice, this has become my new ADV. Great work on this 5+stars from me.
