Updated this after two weeks of steeping. Highly reccomend it now.
#2 by Outlaw769, Jun 4. 2015, 20:50
Any updates you would recommend??
#3 by cheesebanana, Jun 4. 2015, 21:40
add 1% Cap Lemon Merignue V1 to give the lemon a little extra punch (without pledginess) and a bit more cream overall with less steeping

I want to try this with the new Bavarian Cream DX (e-liquid-recipes.com/flavor/20613). How serious is the warning on Gummy Candy for the corroding tanks? I'm guessing not very serious for the RBA or RDA crowd, but I'm curious.
#5 by Juicy, Aug 10. 2015, 00:20
This recipe is amazing. I am still waiting for my Banana Cream DX to arrive, and I mixed up two testers without any just to see what ballpark the flavors are playing in. The banana is so small I figured it could be nearly good. Yeah it's more than nearly good - it's great. I wish I could drink this. I made a shake-and-vape bottle and a steeper, and the steeper is improving, but it obviously does need the Bav. Cream. I agree, the Fruit Rings by FW is absolutely key here, no substitutions.

@cheesebanana I can see you must have worked on this, thank you.

Glad you're enjoying it. If you're concerned about the gummy bear (can't advise on its volatility, only dripped this stuff and used it in subtanks), it's not a huge deal to leave it out. All it does is give the lemon a bit of a candy-ish tang and sort of brighten up the mix and make it crisper.

Anyway, a few months later and I'm still very happy with this mix. Gone through a few hundred mls and still enjoying it. Only changes I've made are 1-2 drops of ethyl Maltol per 10ml to dry out the taste and give it a better mouthfeel, but this clogs up wicks pretty quickly, so would only advise that if you're using a dripper. And once again, it's not necessary. Use this recipe as a base and go forth and experiment. Tweak it to your liking and let us know.

Love it. I've never bought Looper, but I did buy a Looper clone from my local vape shop and this tastes exactly the same.

Very nice!

Mixed up 30 ml last night.

I have everything except for the gummy candy is there a substitute for it?
#13 by cheesebanana, Dec 10. 2015, 20:28
You can skip gummy candy if you want. Try adding 1% of lemon Sicily by FA instead of you have it. The gummy candy just gives it a kind of mouthsuck sour zing
#14 by Melodycd, Dec 13. 2015, 12:23
On the 4th day of steeping i still feel very strong Lemon taste of Fruit rings. Will it go away after some more days? I didn't use gummy or marshmallow at all (i don't have it yet).
#15 by JCGLZ, Dec 16. 2015, 12:10
what if I take out the fruit rings? :O
#16 by xxjackintheboxx, Dec 25. 2015, 20:11
Amazing got bulk ingredients
#17 by MLampe, Jan 1. 2016, 13:20
JCGLZ, fruit rings is the main fruity cereal flavor, so I wouldn't recommend taking that out ;)
#18 by Leon Fly, Jan 2. 2016, 00:07
Any chance someone can convert these measurements to weight? I'm guessing that VG (Which I intend on using for nicotine) is denser than PG/Water therefore I can't do the ML/Gram 1:1 :( Thanks in advance.
#19 by MLampe, Jan 2. 2016, 00:23
There's an option if you edit the recipe to change it to weight instead. I'm on my phone at the moment but look around more on the edit page for the recipe, you should find it.
#20 by Alisa, Jan 12. 2016, 05:53
Click the blue wrench (above-right) then 'adapt'. This makes your own copy of the recipe and you can then tweak it how you want. If you mix by weight, click on 'User' (upper right corner), then Preferences and check the box for grams instead of drops

Tastes nothing like Looper....
#22 by Coldmantis, Jan 17. 2016, 08:55
Oh man I have tried all the "Looper" clones this by far is the best, it's not as grainy as the real thing and I feel it's a little lemony but it's good.......
#23 by John-King-200985, Jan 17. 2016, 13:48
After 17 days of steeping this still tastes like perfume in a bottle, the fruit rings is waaay over the top. It's just the same as all the other Looper clones and is missing that vital special somthing. Just like others it also lacks that popcorn... Almost carbourdish smell. It is a hard clone, been working on mine for 13 months.
#24 by Dio, Jan 20. 2016, 23:50
I don't know the real thing but this juice after 3 weeks is amazing!!! Many thanks to you mate!
#25 by John-King-200985, Jan 21. 2016, 13:57
For those interested the missing ingredient is acetyl pyrazine. It takes looper clones to the 90-95% range.
#26 by PrettyClouds, Jan 24. 2016, 04:40
which percentage of acetyl pyrazine would you recommend ?
#27 by John-King-200985, Jan 24. 2016, 16:19
I use 1% personally, also I add meringue as well at 1.5. Acetyl makes the cereal's and milk pop, meringue gives it that creamy sweet smell. Definatly gives it that a more looper tone.
#28 by PrettyClouds, Jan 25. 2016, 01:45
Thanks, I will give it a shot... you were saying that after 17 days of steeping this recipe was still very perfumy. How long did you have to wait in the end ? or are you just using the acetyl pyrazine with another looper clone ?
#29 by Coldmantis, Jan 25. 2016, 01:51
thanks John I'm going to try mixing a 5ml test sample with AP and Meringue
#30 by John-King-200985, Jan 25. 2016, 03:08
It's my own recipe with these ingredients. I often mix up looper clones to see if I can learn anything new for my own recipe. Looper is the king of eliquids!! Good luck!
#31 by John-King-200985, Jan 25. 2016, 03:10
Oh and it's best to mix at 20/80VG and no higher than 1.2 nic.
#32 by PrettyClouds, Jan 25. 2016, 03:27
Sounds about right, I am usually at 1.5 nic myself. Do you care to share your own recipe percentages ? or are they just about the same than this recipe plus the acetyl and meringue ?
#33 by John-King-200985, Jan 25. 2016, 08:05
My recipe is similar but has different percentages. I've been working on this recipe for a long time. I feel I've got the recipe 95% there but there a slight sweet caramelish smell that eludes me. Maybe if a release mine the community can assist? I will copy from my book and post it up tonight.
#34 by PrettyClouds, Jan 25. 2016, 13:43
Sounds good, I will certainly try it out.
#36 by TenGHz, Feb 1. 2016, 04:23
Just waited 2.5 weeks for this guy, and not really liking it. Not that close to Looper IMHO. To me it tastes super lemony pledgy. I will try John King's version and see what happens. Looper seems to be a bastard to figure out, too bad it tastes so good. I think Philip Rocke has a deal with the devil for making awesome flavors.
#37 by John-King-200985, Feb 14. 2016, 00:25
Working on more accurate clone, hopefully with the help of our great community we can all create an amazing recipe. Link here....

Definitely not a shake and vape. Tastes like Nerds candy right now. Which is tasty, but not what I want. I'm gonna give it some time and hope it turns out better.
#39 by John-King-200985, Feb 23. 2016, 18:17
For anyone that's interested I'm in the middle of cloning Fury by Phillip Rocke, would defo appreciate some input. e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/480593/Fury+ANML+Experimental+
#40 by windsorclarence, Mar 17. 2016, 18:43
Tried this again without the Gummy Candy. Waited 2 weeks for steeping and I love it! I've never had Looper, but this recipe is awesome. I might mix in a little Lucky Leprechaun for a little more cereal taste.
#41 by iCGM, May 24. 2016, 23:23
This is nowhere near Looper. It's too much Fruit Rings. I let it steep for 3.5 weeks. I've had over 35 bottles of Looper and I can say it's not close at all. It's very much a really strong lemony fruit loops. I do appreciate you sharing this recipe and wanted to try it. But tone down the Rings by half at least.
#42 by Cyganski, Sep 22. 2016, 05:56
@iCGM whats the closest recipe to looper that you've tried?
#43 by Gixty, Sep 30. 2016, 10:05
Can I use marshmallow from FA? If so, how much?
What can I replace gummy candy with?
#44 by Chris, Nov 11. 2016, 07:13
I haven´t had the original, but I think the gummy candy ruins the taste. Otherwise it would be great! I just love those cereal vapes! Thanks for the recipe.
#45 by SteveH, Mar 28. 2017, 22:56
Very close. I've always been a Looper fan and while it would be hard to make 100% I am enjoying this
#46 by Quixxx, Aug 7. 2017, 01:52
Alright so I've made a oppsie and underestimated how much Bavarian cream I should have ordered, is there any subs I could use?
#47 by Wolf O’hearn, May 2. 2023, 20:57
Anyone have tried to drop flavor at 15% ? i think 22 is too much for todays hardware
