This is like a fresh, grainy pear, dipped in caramel sauce with a tennis biscuit on the side. Very nice I think.
A few tips here.
1. Do not use TFA Pear. Too candy like. Does not work at all in this recipe.
2. You can maybe increase the INW Pear by 0.5-1% more if you want more pear flavour, but for me this was spot on.
3. The biscuit and Graham Cracker along with the coconut makes for a almost tennis biscuit type flavour which is what I wanted here. You can maybe increase the GC by 0.25% more but not too much.
4. If you cannot get Clyrolinx Custard, CAP V1 is NOT the same. My single flavour review notes on CLY custard are: @2% - grainy, not very buttery, brown sugar like, spicy, little vanilla. Sub for something similar if you like
