Had a second try to finish the tester bottle. It is light but I am enjoying it better the second time.

I am glad SuperFrog! I'm surprised you found it to be light, though. I sometimes find it to be too heavy for me!

I would need to try, but I know that I enjoy Catalan cream much more in the .5-.75% range. Caramel, equally, I taste more at lower concentration. I'll come back to you if I get time to experiment wit ha low flavour version of the recipe.

Not enough to give scientific results. @msait. Chapel made an update of the recipe that they seem to think is as good or better with much less flavours. Maybe you want to try this
