Will this work with other fruit flavours ,Say cap blueberry?
#2 by BigTiny, May 20. 2015, 22:26
I wouldn't see why not.
#3 by BigTiny, May 20. 2015, 22:27
Just make it to taste. Give or take some from either if need be.
#4 by Txgrandpavapes, May 25. 2015, 14:35
This is simple, yet good!
#5 by BigTiny, May 25. 2015, 15:27
Allow 2-4 day steep shake twice a day breath 2 hours right after making and it's way better.
#6 by 45 CALIBER JUICES', Jul 18. 2015, 02:12
Not bad Big, from an old cheesecake maker like me!
#7 by Scott, Aug 3. 2015, 18:10
made this for my son and said it was like the shops own version thanks saves him some money but made it at 3mg
#8 by BigTiny, Aug 3. 2015, 18:29
The lower the nic the better the taste
#9 by rohin7, Aug 28. 2015, 15:13
Simple & Delicious! The tangyness of the strawberry is a perfect touch :)
#10 by j_sci, Sep 1. 2015, 05:45
This was very simple and good. I think when I make it again I will ease up on the strawberry, but overall I enjoy it.
#11 by Andy Miller, Sep 30. 2015, 06:27
Simple and tasty. Just made a 30ml max vg with 3% nic and vaping right away. I'll be interested to see if steeping improves it but it's already very good.
#12 by synergyblends, Oct 31. 2015, 00:40
I just mixed up 15ml and its damn good. As a shake and vape i give it a 8/10. Hopefully the cheescake and crust will come through a little more with steeping, if so it will definitely be a 10/10
Thanks for sharing!
#13 by lost in vape, Nov 1. 2015, 19:44
Thank you this is great. mixed last night used my drill with mixing device put some on the RDA so good got it in the RTA Now thanks perfect just as listed for me
#14 by tomjuice, Nov 10. 2015, 12:17
Love it! 5 stars. One thing I noticed. It tastes perfect right after making it (shake and vape). After one week steeping it is still delicious but the cheesecake is more pronounced. Thanks for this recipe!
#15 by Melodycd, Nov 15. 2015, 10:21
after 2 days of steeping - it is very very tasty. But really i feel Cheese cake much more than strawberry.
#16 by Downtimejpn, Nov 15. 2015, 12:32
I made an account just to say this is great! Such a simple recipe but so good! Was able to vape right away but will stop to let it steep a little haha.
#17 by Kitsune, Nov 24. 2015, 06:56
After a 4 day steep, this stuff is wonderful! The graham is coming through really well and there is a good balance between the strawberry and the cheesecake. Excellent and simple - thanks!
#18 by lost in vape, Nov 24. 2015, 17:15
OK it's a go to mix for me just did second 120 mil last night good from the get go. and gets gooder can only repot up to 19 days then I ran out

#20 by HarryC, Nov 30. 2015, 03:02
Really nice, I made the cheesecake up to 7% dropped the ripe to 6% and added strawberry tpa 4%
#21 by SwampKittens, Dec 10. 2015, 00:08
Great and simple recipe. I made this with 5% Strawberry Ripe (TPA) and 5% Sweet Strawberry (CAP). Very nice.
#22 by C5, Dec 29. 2015, 02:58
I started with 60mg/ml nic and also added 0.5ml of whipped cream. Very fantastic thanks :-)
#23 by dashvapes, Dec 29. 2015, 21:54
making mutiple layer of strawberries making this a huge hit, 3% sweet straw, 3% ripe straw and 2% red touch straw
#24 by szymko, Jan 9. 2016, 23:30
Very good recipe. Best of easy strawberry juices. Good to start with without many flavours.
#25 by Al.ximik, Jan 23. 2016, 13:59
This one is amazingly easy to mix. Perfect taste!
#26 by Franky, Feb 5. 2016, 17:07

I just mixed 70vg/30pg 2mg nic batch of this recipe, will report in few days how it turn out and what I think. Anyway thanks for sharing!
#30 by MixYoSheeit, Feb 16. 2016, 21:58
My favorite recipe for months now (was the first one I tried making). Have tried other, more complex juices, but this beats them easily. K.I.S.S. greatness. An inoffensive and mild ADV, and it smells great too. 5 stars.
#31 by Uncaged, Feb 23. 2016, 02:28
Sometimes simplicity is the best :) First 2 flavor concentrates I got just recently, and mixed this 0nic while awaiting my supplies.
#32 by Monsteerhunteer, Feb 25. 2016, 09:06
Ripe strawberry works great in this recipe. Don't get too much cheesecake which I liked.
#33 by 4 rings of fury, Feb 26. 2016, 01:41
It's definitely delicious but I think I'm going to add a cream or 2 to bring the creaminess up a tad. I'm getting strawberry and graham crust and not strawberry cheesecake (makes sense considering the ingredients). With that said, I'm definitely a fan of this. I can't wait to see how a cream thrown into the mix (accidental pun) will affect the ver all balance of it. I think that's all that it's missing IMHO.
#34 by 4 rings of fury, Feb 26. 2016, 01:43
Oh wait, I ius notices that this was adapted from another scc and that one actually did use a cream (whipped cream). I may start with that but think it might benefit from a slightly heavier type of cream.
#35 by Andy Miller, Feb 27. 2016, 20:53
This has become my adv for the last month or so. Sometimes I add a dash of Coconut Candy (TPA) at 0.25% but it's great as it is.

I may try a version with whipped cream to compare but this is already a 5 star recipe for me.
#36 by lost in vape, Feb 28. 2016, 15:10
I have been enjoying this recipe for a few months my go to when I need a shake and vape made some last night and put in my kanger with some water Mellon still in it just a little WOW I am vapeing it now .I can see something really good in the works here I am going to pull 30 mils from the 120 I just mixed and do some experimenting boy is it good thanks again for posting this recipe If I am able to duplicate what I did buy blind luck I will post it here I sure hope so it's good
#37 by JMFI, Mar 1. 2016, 23:47
Great vape, *****. i gave it a week of steep.
#38 by Bledzepplin, Mar 7. 2016, 06:08
Biggie smalls. ie: tiny
#39 by noshadowkick, Mar 7. 2016, 22:46
Mixed this at 30/70 PG/VG and it seems a bit weak as a shake and vape. Anyone else have similar issues? Going to let it steep for a few days and revisit.
#40 by jojobang, Mar 11. 2016, 09:35
let the juice sleep for 2 weeks...mmmm..delicious...thanks bro
#41 by Matooso, Mar 12. 2016, 23:38
This became my ADV! Already passed 1000ml line:-)
#42 by 4 rings of fury, Mar 24. 2016, 06:53
Ya I really disliked this at first. Tossed it in my closet and got bored of what I had in rotation and saw this nice and amber colored. I LOVE this now. Im literally sitting in front of my scale with my shoebox of flavorings and about to mix a larger batch. This, IMHO, is the ultimate base for experimenting to find your ultimate strawberry cream. Possibilities are endless with such a complex base from only 2 flavorings. Usually to get the complexity and multi-layer feel/taste it takes many more flavorings than just 2. The ratio of these 2 simple flavorings is gold. Thank u for sharing this and hope more people enjoy this as muc as I do.
#43 by maMka, Apr 1. 2016, 20:29
I add 1% sweet cream tfa
Fantastic!
#44 by Dusty, Apr 6. 2016, 14:47
It tasted good initially but after ten days. I get a lot more of Graham cracker and just a bit of strawberry. I am on zero nic. I'd say this is a good 2-4 day shake and vape.
#45 by VapingBadUK, Apr 12. 2016, 03:58
Been that busy trying out other batches of various juices I've been concocting, the 30ml of this I made has been sat there for 2 weeks. Unfortunately I only get the TINYIEST bit of strawberry on the exhale (have to exhale through the nose to find it), otherwise it's just Cheesecake GC. Will try again with your recommended steep time.
#46 by Leaky, Apr 16. 2016, 22:10
Made 15ml of this. Great off the bat, to me there was way more strawberry. Going to let it steep because I prefer more cheesecake/graham taste than strawberry
#47 by HydroCrisp, Apr 19. 2016, 12:23
This is literally the first recipe i have tried.. and well.. it tastes like cheesy gym socks right after mixing. I do taste the strawberry slightly, but the cheesecakeyness seems like its gone bad and ruins the taste. I didnt change the percentages at all. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it normal? Hopefully steeping will improve it by at least 60%. Ill be back inna few days to update.
#48 by Noah Shirley, Apr 19. 2016, 18:58
This stuff is delicious! I was trying to find a good shake n vape juice while my others are steeping and this is it. Tastes just like strawberry cheesecake
#49 by CMCarlson13, Apr 20. 2016, 12:48
HydroCrisp, did you use TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust), or just Cheesecake? From what you're describing, it sounds like you might have accidentally used plain TPA Cheesecake, which is a HORRIBLE flavor. TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) would have come out much creamier and sweet.
#50 by HydroCrisp, Apr 20. 2016, 13:05
CMCarlson13, i had a feeling that happened. See, i live in Indonesia and i have to rely on suppliers that import from the US or else the import tax is pretty insane. They buy in bulk and then rebottle it all into 30ml bottles. Now here in indonesia it wouldnt suprise me to see someone slap a cheesecake graham crust label on to the (gross) cheesecake bottle.
Anyways im still letting it steep just to be sure. I really couldnt understand how people vaped this as a shake and vape. So now i know why!
#51 by CMCarlson13, Apr 20. 2016, 13:06
Haha that makes sense. Sorry to hear about that.
#52 by W0WZA, Apr 24. 2016, 20:42
Ay, it's very good, steeped 3 weeks!
#53 by stylesuxx, May 1. 2016, 15:18
Very good. Steeped it only for a couple of days(4) and it already is delicious, lets see if I can leave my fingers off it for some more days of steeping, but I doubt it. Making a bigger badge today. Thank you very much.
#54 by jojobang, May 1. 2016, 15:29
Wow accidentely steep more then 1 month...amazing taste.
#55 by stylesuxx, May 2. 2016, 01:44
OK, so I just went through my test batch of 10ml in one afternoon/evening, making more of this. I guess I have found my ADV for the next couple of weeks,... so simple - so delicious :-)
#56 by N, May 4. 2016, 18:38
10 Nicotine? Are you crazy ? :)
#57 by gfpete01, May 4. 2016, 20:11
This is an excellent base recipe. I did modify it a bit to bring up the flavors. Here is my modified version: Cheesecake (Graham Crust TPA) @ 10%, Strawberry Ripe (TPA) @ 14%, DX Bavarian Cream (TPA) @ 4%, and finally Whipped Cream (TPA) @ 4%. In my initial recipe, I only had 10% Strawberry, but the Cheesecake was overpowering the strawberry flavor. Upped the strawberry to 14% and voila! An excellent ADV!!! Much thanks to BigTiny for his recipe and for all your guys' comments!
#58 by DanHank, May 10. 2016, 00:42
Any modification is a new recipe
#59 by Madmangomob, Jun 3. 2016, 05:55
i dont understand what anybody is saying here... it is tasteless... I followed it exactly... no disrespect to the creator... but it has the smallest whisper of cheesecake... flavor is just not there... and I mixed it exactly as posted
#60 by s_moore, Jun 21. 2016, 21:03
my first DIY, yeh I messed up the first time by checking max VG in my calculator so its odd, but the second time around I got it, now I have 6 60ml bottles sitting, just getting better! great as shake and vape, and better with age thanks for the great recipe
#61 by Madmangomob, Jun 21. 2016, 22:03
What did you mix it at?
#62 by BigTiny, Jun 21. 2016, 22:08
High nic levels need longer steep shake daily during steeping
#63 by s_moore, Jun 21. 2016, 22:27
oh sorry I was using 48 mg max VG and went down to 6 mg but being new and kind of stupid I had the calculator set to max VG so the only PG I had was from flavoring,,, so needless to say it was kind of THICK. all my other batches have been 70/30 6mg and have been steeped anywhere from 4 days and counting to well I got impatient it is a great shake and vape but it gets even better with time. i'm just steeping in a cool dark place, shaking and breathing a little. I'm not fully sure about the hot bath/pressure cooker/1000 other ways so I am playing it safe I guess.
#64 by BigTiny, Jun 21. 2016, 22:31
I let nature take it course anything else changes it on a scientific level in my opinion.
#65 by trebor, Jul 14. 2016, 04:37
Very good, for being so simple. 5 stars
#66 by Xantharon, Aug 11. 2016, 09:51
Well ... the Liqid was a little bit harsh and not very flavourful in my VCMT at 50W ... but in my Kayfun v5 at 22W this Liquid really worked and Tasted like it should. The smell was very cheesy but the flavour totally worked out to be a nice strawberry cheesecake at lower wattages. I'd recommend this easy to make recipe to any Mout-to-lunger who likes cheesecakes and bakery as I really experienced it that way. Nice mix ... keep up the work!
#67 by CosmicTruth, Sep 11. 2016, 03:48
This is good and so simple!

#69 by Andy Miller, Sep 21. 2016, 22:05
It's been almost a year now and this is still my ADV.. I've been trying a lot of different recipes here but I always return to this one. 5/5
#70 by albert31, Sep 27. 2016, 18:32
@Andy Miller, Have you been using this recipe as it is or with modifications of your own? I tried it as is, need to change something, cant figure out what.
#71 by Bahesugar, Oct 3. 2016, 15:36
Will this work with NY Cheesecake (cap) ?? what percentage?? @bigtiny
#72 by Proxxii, Oct 12. 2016, 21:40
If i'm using 100% PG Nic Should I add more flavoring?
#73 by Hasan, Oct 17. 2016, 11:09
I need recipe but i have cheese cake, strawberry ripe, sweetener, and dairy milk, all (TPA)

HEy there :) what % tpa bavarian cream should i add ?
#77 by myvapemyway, Nov 19. 2016, 18:17
Just mixed today. This is the first recipe I've tried. Smell is awesome after mix and shake. Try to vape and the taste so weird. Harsh, and no taste at all. Try for 30 ML batch. Maybe just need to steep more. By the way, I will follow the author suggest to breath 2 hours after making, shake twice a day till 2-4 days and will report again.

Hope this will work fine. If not, I just need to repeat and improve anything again. This is just beginning of my Journey.
#78 by Andy Miller, Nov 20. 2016, 07:02
@albert31 Sorry for the slow response. Yes I like this best when I just follow the recipe. I have tried variations but the original is still my favorite. These two flavors just complement each other perfectly for me. Some of my friends really dislike the cheesecake flavor but I'm hooked. - One variation I liked added just a small amount coconut candy. I posted it here so I could share it with friends.
#79 by Monotom, Nov 23. 2016, 15:54
This recipe is probably a beginner's favorite: a lot of great reviews and just 2 pretty standard aromas. I made this as one of my first DIY tryouts and what I learned from it is that something "absolutely horrible" can turn into "maybe I need to have more patience" in a couple of days, and to "OK, I need to take the steeping thing seriously" after a week. A lot of recipes have "just shake and vape"-like comments, but this far everything I mixed really needed two or more days before it starts to make any sense to me. I'm still not too sure about bakery aromas but at least I can see how other people love them and I wouldn't be surprised if they will grow on me more and more. I'll be trying this mix again in a week and will report if something interesting has come up.
#80 by Monotom, Nov 28. 2016, 21:35
At a point where some of my sweet and fruity try-outs have faded, this is still getting better. Bakery flavors = patience but worth it.
#81 by AbulRulZ, Nov 29. 2016, 13:11
Hi, How long does this take to steep? its been 4 days and the flavours are still muted.
#82 by roy291, Nov 30. 2016, 02:17
This was my very first Recipe used when I started Diy 2 Months ago and I still think its one of the best recipes I have found on ELR and there are only 2 out of maybe 20 recipes that I would rate at 5 stars, This is one of them :) I wouldnt change a thing.
#83 by afriysteria, Dec 3. 2016, 16:07
150ml mixed. Simple, very simple yet powerfull.
I'm glad i met this recipe, 5star without a doubt, even after just finished mixing it tastes real great. Can't wait untill it becomes mature, will be back in few days.
#84 by natbone, Dec 10. 2016, 13:29
Regarding the diminishing strawberry flavor, I have read on other recipes a couple of ways to deal with it. First way is to use both regular and ripe strawberry, both TPA. It seems the ripe version diminishes quicker than regular.

Second is to let it steep for however long you like then add another 1-3% of ripe strawberry to bring the flavor back up.
#85 by josh, Dec 11. 2016, 16:10
Really liked this kept with the K.I.S.S. method. Heck vaping it this morning, keep coming back to this one. Know what my vaping friends are getting for christmas.
#86 by Doe Zee, Dec 13. 2016, 14:56
I swapped the strawberry for some tpa banana cream at 2% and some bavarian cream at 2 % and holy moly this stuff is delicious! highly recommended
#87 by Fuat Abi, Dec 16. 2016, 23:59

#88 by sawo, Dec 30. 2016, 11:18

#89 by BigTiny, Dec 30. 2016, 13:42
You can or just leave it out shouldn't change to much and to all the questions I have missed I do apologize life is busy if you haven't got the answer to your question and still need help comment again and I'll do my best to assist you.
#90 by Fuat Abi, Dec 30. 2016, 15:44

@bigtiny big thanks.. i really thanks for ur reply sir.. im a student with poor economy who need stop smoking cigar.. hope ur recipe can reduce my outcome.. and the result i quiting smoking cigar.

Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 6%
Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA) 10%

i will back later to feedback ur recipe w/o nicotine.. :) thanks bigtiny..
#92 by BigTiny, Dec 30. 2016, 17:24

#106 by Limbardijaya, Jan 19. 2017, 02:53
Sir can I add capella sweet strawberry, I mean like 5% strawberry ripe and 3% sweet capella? Would the g.c cheesecake overpower the strawberry with that ratio ?
And how long you steep ?
#107 by BigTiny, Jan 19. 2017, 02:56
Best advice I could give you is have fun with it that's how I came up with this and that's how you come up with other cool juices
#108 by BigTiny, Jan 19. 2017, 02:58
I prefer a long time Steep 10-30 days shaking twice aday
#109 by Limbardijaya, Jan 19. 2017, 03:01

#110 by wannaBUT, Jan 20. 2017, 22:50
hello
can i sub strwaberry ripe with strawberry natural with same %?
#111 by BigTiny, Jan 20. 2017, 23:38
Probably so just won't be the same flavor as ripe
#112 by jdms, Feb 1. 2017, 02:42
It was good around day 2-3, but starts to taste like wet socks after a week. Might give it another 2 weeks.
#113 by BigTiny, Feb 1. 2017, 03:21
Clean your coil and rewick it.
#114 by Doe Zee, Feb 1. 2017, 04:56
Jdms , try lowering the cheesecake to 3-4 % and do 5 strawberry ripe and 3 sweet strawberry by capella or tfa strawberry
#115 by ThourSey, Feb 7. 2017, 21:13
Great simple recipe
#116 by Mx360, Feb 9. 2017, 22:35
I made a bunch of 50ml bottles of this, a friend of mine really likes it, I think its good but gets a bit sweet after a while so needs rotating, strawberry ripe for ya, But definitely tastes best around the 10-14 days steep mark in my opinion, changes around in cheese to strawberry over the first 10 days or so. Cheers for the recipe
#117 by MikeC, Feb 12. 2017, 21:23
Guys, if you want to bring out the creaminess and get rid of the socky flavors in cheesecake (if you're getting that), just add .5-1% CAP creamy yogurt. Worked for me and I almost always add a hint of yogurt with cheesecake. Hope that helps.

This has turned out to be a very good vape for me. I just took Strawberry (RIPE) and reduced 1/2 and added (TPA) Strawberry at the other 1/2. Like someone mentioned you can always add 1-2% more strawberry if it sits for more than a month to kick that strawberry back in.
#118 by Don_Leon, Mar 5. 2017, 10:49
Hello,
Has anyone tried this with blueberry wild (TPA)? If so, at what percentage? Thanx
#119 by billyboy2701, Apr 4. 2017, 11:14
Do i have to add water??
#120 by billyboy2701, Apr 11. 2017, 13:14

#121 by cincinnatiking, Apr 15. 2017, 00:04
I love this stuff. I'm mixing up some now.
#122 by cincinnatiking, Apr 18. 2017, 19:09
I have mixed almost every top rated recipe on here. This simple recipe is my favorite. It has made me realize that you don't have to have 8 flavors to get a excellent vape. I am so happy I found this, and the creator was willing to share it. I highly recommend you mix this!
#123 by Momo, Apr 20. 2017, 01:11
Very weak to my taste budds

@Momo, you can add a touch of sweetener. I think it needs a little bit. Cheesecakes are sweet. If you want more strawberry, try using TFA Strawberry, CAP's Sweet Strawberry, or a combo of both.
#125 by Baz, Apr 26. 2017, 03:30
Tasted pretty good within the first 2 or 3 days. Then flavor went funny. At 30 days it amazing as is. No changes needed. 5 stars! Best of all the Strawberry Cheesecakes hands down. Great job!
#126 by hfatih, May 11. 2017, 21:12
As i experienced with all other strawberry based recipes, this had a harsh and sweet taste for the first days. After 5th day, yum yum yum it is perfect. Some people may want to bump strawberry up but it will take away its smoothness in my opinion. This simple recipe is probably the end all for many people. I can't use this as my ADV because it is so sweet, but i crave this juice at home, after a tea or coffee. One of the few recipes that i will always keep a bottle with me.

Mixed: 26.04.17
Tried: 11.05.17
@Goon RDA, staggered fused clapton coils, 3mm 6 Wraps, Dual Coil, 0.18Ohm, Noisy Cricket II 25, serial mode, fresh cotton wick

Taste: Fruity strawberry and a creamy, crusty, hint of bready cheesecake. A strawberry cheesecake at its best - the name says it all.

A great juice - simple but delicious. I really enjoy it and will put it in my ADV rotation. And perfect with a coffee in the morning or evening...

Next time I'll mix up 100ml - thank you a lot for sharing this!
#128 by MrDolby, May 21. 2017, 14:11
So simple and delicious just mixed 50ml max vg 10minutes warm bath the taste is amazing... Thank you for all your hard work. We really appreciate it.
#129 by enginbora, May 25. 2017, 07:11
let's say that i make this recipe with an another cheesecake flavor, which is more dominant than tfa one. do i cut the cheesecake or do i add more strawberry?
#130 by SwampKittens, May 31. 2017, 16:22
@enginbora I would cut the cheesecake. Adding too much strawberry flavor to compensate could easily over flavor the mix and actually create less of a strawberry flavor.
#131 by enginbora, Jun 10. 2017, 21:05
@SwampKittens thanks, i'll try that
#132 by HBA_Vape, Jun 14. 2017, 17:10
can we swap cheesecake (graham crust) to NY cheesecake and add graham cracker TPA or inawera biscuit? how would that work?
#133 by yusufmustafah, Jun 21. 2017, 09:53
i have a 100mg nicotine with 100% pg dilute. how to make this awesome recipe in 12mg juice ?
#134 by Dewitten, Jun 21. 2017, 12:19
Use the calculater -> create recipe
#135 by Dewitten, Jun 21. 2017, 12:20
Good recipe My first ADV.
#136 by Tonysdad, Jun 27. 2017, 07:19
This is a great recipe and very simple. I love the simple things in life. Btw to those who don't know, TPA cheesecake Graham crust is just a stronger version of Graham cracker. There is no cheesecake in this flavor. The name throws everyone off though. It did me too until I done some research on this flavor. If you like this recipe I recommend trying strawberry fog from this site. You won't regret it.
#137 by Tonysdad, Jun 27. 2017, 07:32
Strawberry fog By Spectrometer is the one I'm referring to. It has Bavarian cream and vanilla custard added to the mix. It's very similar to unicorn milk
#138 by HBA_Vape, Jun 27. 2017, 11:40
@ tonysdad, thank you for the answer, it saved me 2 weeks of steeping time to compare graham cracker and cheesecake graham crust.
#139 by olmilley, Jul 23. 2017, 01:20
Just mixed this up, dropped the strawberry by 2% though. I like a creamier vape. Gonna try it as a SnV and after a 5 day Steep, will report back, but for now it smells delicious!
#140 by Vulpes79, Jul 25. 2017, 18:34
Good mix with good taste, even right after the shake. Will wager with some steep time will get even better
#141 by killerclowns, Aug 7. 2017, 03:03
nic 10%?? i dont know about anyone else but i usually follow the recipe to a T, if im trying it for the first time. Isnt 10% nicotine like.. whoa...?
#142 by BigTiny, Aug 7. 2017, 06:57
Depends on you nic you have I'm running 100mg base which give u 10nic when mixed at 10% for 15 ml of juice
#143 by BigTiny, Aug 7. 2017, 07:00
@cincinnatiking I find 2-3 drops of tfa sweetener works good if someone wants a bit of sweet.
#144 by devis, Aug 11. 2017, 06:10
I vape right after mix & shake it, really..really good flavor.. buat after 3 days the flavor is muted.. after mix & shake I keep it in dark place.. may be I do wrong on steeping, need ur suggestion.
I make zero nic, for zero nic it's still need to breath for 2 hours after mix & shake?
#145 by roy291, Aug 11. 2017, 11:36
Devis, I think that is the problem. This recipe you cannpt breath because the strawberry molecules are faster and smaller and will escape. With any fruit it is the same so just steep without breathing and you will not lose flavor so fast, i love this recipe since i started mixing on day one (this was my first) and I still have this in,my top 5 favorites.
#146 by O_S, Aug 14. 2017, 15:16
This was one of my first recipes and it doesn't taste like anything to me. Didn't let it breathe (as above), shook it, put it in warm water (only for about half an hr), shook again. Tried it day of mixing, next day and day after and still can't taste much. Will try adding sweetener next time. Any other suggestions welcome!
#147 by LeeVent86, Aug 24. 2017, 09:00
Same issue as A_L. Tastes like nothing. Also, didn't let it breathe, been shaking the sh#t out of it, and no Nic. Smells divine, but that's about as far as it goes. I wasted all my Strawberry Ripe on this.
#148 by Dan Dan Dan, Aug 26. 2017, 17:27
great for me 5 min warm bath, 1 hr breathe, 2 day steep
#149 by O_S, Aug 26. 2017, 17:56
Lee, my leftovers were OK a week later but still not great. Dunno if I'm one of those people who can't really taste strawberry...
#150 by kaitxer, Sep 6. 2017, 03:43
I added 2% Vanilla Swirl to this recipe (just got my DIY stuff & thought it would be good), S&V to try just now... my God. I haven't tried the original recipe to compare, but it's pretty delicious straight after mixing!
#151 by Noobie, Nov 2. 2017, 19:35
After a couple of hours its very good and will just get better and better thx
#152 by Tats, Nov 5. 2017, 00:52
Good recipe! First one that works for me.
Definitely going to mod this one, cut back 1 or 2% on the cheesecake and add a sweet cream and or sweet strawberry.
#153 by Has01, Nov 17. 2017, 14:44
couldn't taste the strawberry much. got a group of people to taste it after 1 week and nobody really liked it.
#154 by kaitxer, Dec 5. 2017, 02:34
@cincinnatiking Or not, unless you're willing to pay more (for more flavor, or a sweeter flavor). Sweetener can and will destroy your coils more quickly than using base flavors (which I'm certain already contain sweeteners). If you're okay with that, then by all means, go for it. You will absolutely have more flavor and sweeter flavors. I'm not being condescending, I know text can come off that way. But in the same way your taste buds can become accustomed to black coffee, IPA's, straight liquor, vegetables, whole grain bread, or anything else that could be considered an acquired taste, your taste buds will become accustomed to juice without excessive sweetener. For the price, I highly recommend using/making juices without added sweetener. You may have "vapor's tongue" sooner than usual at first, but this gives you more time to experiment and change things up, much in the same way that when quitting smoking you have to become accustomed to vaping. Then, when your taste buds are less accustomed to sweeteners, base flavors are enhanced and you spend less money on sucralose and coils. Have fun, DIY'ers! Much Peace & Love.
#155 by lost in vape, Dec 5. 2017, 02:53
I have been enjoying this simple recipe for a couple years one of my go to still .what I'm driving at is mixing juice there wouldn't be so many mixers if everybody like the same thing but my comment I believe it was roughly number 14 when this was first out still stands the same today I like this stuff and it is a good shake and vape but after 3 days it really starts to come out after two weeks it's even better. I'll bet you I Vaped almost a half a gallon of this mix and it's always when I'm out of juice like tonight my go-to mix for shake and vape just as it's listed and I can darn sure taste strawberries
#156 by HJQuinzel, Dec 5. 2017, 23:32
Thanks, was looking for a shake n vape and this is perfect!
#157 by Hardline, Dec 17. 2017, 03:50
Really simple and tasty recipe. After an overnight steep and it taste veeeeery goooood! I will cook more of this for sure.
#158 by rellynice, Dec 23. 2017, 15:16
This was my very first DIY ejuice attempt, tried a 10ml bottle first then immediately made 120ml after trying it! I have bought many different cheesecake ejuices over the years and didn't like any of them, I just thought I didn't like to vape cheesecake but I bought cheesecake flavoring because it is in so many recipes, soooo glad I did. I love this stuff, far better than any I have ever bought and so simple to make. Thank you!
#159 by Robin, Jan 7. 2018, 18:32
Simple and good SNV. Gets better in time.
I added less then 1% Butter Cream (Cap) because it just made sense to me.
Thanks for the recipe!
#160 by imtheswindler, Jan 21. 2018, 20:36
can this be made with Strawberry TPA/TFA, not ripe, not sweet, just basic strawberry? I have like an 8OZ of this.
#161 by Tonysdad, Jan 22. 2018, 21:30
Sure you can imtheswindler. I don't see why not. You may have to use a slight higher percentage but first I'd try it with same percentage and let it steep a little while and try it. The good thing about DIY vaping is you can always try using what you have on hand just make small batches that way if it doesn't come out the way you like it you aren't out much $.
#162 by Hazey, Jan 26. 2018, 02:01
Oops. This was my first diy tonight and already messed it up. Accidentally forgot to click calculate after changing pg/vg from 50/50 to 18/32. I now have a 50/50 Strawberry cheesecake steeping. lol. anyone know if this will be terrible? I usually vape 70/30
#163 by kaitxer, Jan 26. 2018, 02:27
Hazey, it shouldn't be terrible (if anything, it might be more flavorful), but depending on your atomizer (not sure if that's the right word, but you know what I mean) it might be a bit harsh or it might leak.

I also want to edit my last comment on here. If the juice isn't flavorful/sweet enough, then add a small amount of sweetener until you get it to where you want it to be. In relatively small amounts sweetener isn't the end of the world/your coils, it could be exactly what is needed to suit your palate (I still haven't used it in DIY but I have some now if I want to), I think I was just sick of how quickly my coils/cotton would gunk from commercial juice and was projecting that (I was somewhat new to DIY when posting that).

its very tastefull ! bravo
#165 by PathVape, Feb 3. 2018, 17:29

#166 by Jadevinski, Feb 7. 2018, 06:45
Love this recipe, even let it steep for about 5 months....it got even better !!!
#167 by fhhhraos12, Feb 11. 2018, 13:32
After week of steep still too much of a cheesecake and none of a strawberry :( Not a fan of single cheesecake. I guess I'll let it steep for another week.
#168 by Benoz, Feb 11. 2018, 23:39
Let it steep then enjoy delicious best juice i have made
#169 by elvink, Feb 26. 2018, 09:51
Steeping for a week and can't feel the strawberry, should i add more strawberry or let it steep for another week?
#170 by elvink, Feb 26. 2018, 10:11
And why the aftertaste is annoying?
#171 by Lilp2, Feb 26. 2018, 23:13
I made this tonight and accidentally put in 6% tfa Graham cracker by mistake after I put in the strawberry ripe (I’m not the type of person to waste liquids ;) so I’ll vape it anyway) so I finished the liquid but after finishing the recipe it smells good, strawberry is coming out straight away, I gave it two 20 mins hot water baths (shook before, during and after these hot water baths after a lick test it tastes good to me and the test vape is for me personally is great now to let it steep for aleast 3 weeks and see how it is. I can’t wait for it
#172 by Lord, May 1. 2018, 22:02
Good recipe Thank you. The strawberry seems to fade each day. Will have to give more thought to this....

#174 by Vapetownexpress, May 25. 2018, 14:52
Solid shake and vape recipe, really enjoy the how the graham cracker lingers on the exhale. I'll be adding this to my bag of tricks. Cheers!
#175 by chrispy, May 30. 2018, 18:38
I just made this as my first ever mix, it smells amazing. Can't wait to try it in a few days
#176 by Steveg322, Jul 9. 2018, 05:47
I replaced the strawberry with about 7% Capella Raspberry and added 3% TPA Caramel. Delicious
#177 by Fakee25, Jul 10. 2018, 01:43
Good recipe Thank you.
#178 by GIU, Jul 22. 2018, 17:33
Shaking twice a day (no breathing) and on the 3rd day tastes really good! Strawberry is on point but the cheesecake probably needs a bit more time to come. I'll steep for another week. Thx for the recipe!
#179 by BigFoot #1, Oct 2. 2018, 21:08
Dont steep this recipe for a long time like more than 3 weeks. I let mine sit for a month. The strawberry is gone and i did mix the same%. May remix and some more strawberry at the end of steeping the cheesecake part. I think the cheesecake part could use some work too. To help build to make it a little fuller.
#180 by AkashDingare, Oct 24. 2018, 10:08
Homerun ! 0.25% CAP Super Sweet makes it perfect for me 🙌🏻

two weeks steeping and all I taste is the cheesecake
#188 by Pat Ansky, Oct 9. 2019, 18:26
Thank You. 3 weeks of steeping. No problems with strawberry (fading), everything mixed together in a great way. P.S. I'm new DIYer (a view months) and i've heard about strawberry ripe fading with long steeping - never had a problems with that and in this mix it smells still fresh, ripe and taste like a... strawberry cheesecake!!! haha.
#189 by hsrob1, Dec 13. 2019, 20:52
Excellent, I've also substituted Sweet Strawberry in for Strawberry Ripe (I ran out of Ripe), at the same concentration, and it worked just fine as well. Gone through 180ml so far. It's just fine as a SnV, but after 3-5 days or so the flavor really settles and comes out.
#190 by FreshAppleSlices, Mar 27. 2020, 22:07
not bad at all. made a 60ml shake-n-vape and it's great. i find some of the best flavours are some of the most basic flavours (something I should remember when I keep getting carried away adding things). trying out some mixes with blueberry tonight. will be sure to leave an update
#191 by deb , Apr 15. 2020, 13:48
I am mixing this today... Most of the ppl who can't taste the strawberry.. Well your probably in that small niche who just can't taste strawberry... And sb ripe fades..it needs another SB to keep it alive.. Will add some vso sb
And report back...
#192 by encerr, Jun 15. 2020, 06:29
I am impressed with how tasty for how simple. It gets 5 stars from me. Maybe it should be 4 because Im sure it could be a little tastier, but it's really good already and for 2 ingredients amazing. I did let it steep for a month. When I tasted it I had forgotten ingredients were in the recipe and just assumed it had some custard in it. After looking, whoa no custard. Only strawberry (which I don't always taste much) and cheesecake graham, which I often find too grahamy for me, but I really liked this one. I could vape the whole bottle and probably make more. This might be the recipe that makes me rebuy cheesecake graham (I know, you're thinking, crazy, it's a must have, you should buy it anyway), but like I said I often don't care much for the graham and was considering NY cheesecake next time, because I like my creamies but with less biscuit etc. Fantastic recipe, 5 star from me.
#193 by LazyRabbit94, Jul 8. 2020, 20:38
Simply great.. been vaping strawberry milks all week and after letting this one sit for a week it’s really amazing. Never thought I’d like a simple two flavour recipe this much. I can taste the strawberry and I’ve been vaping strawberry ripe all week so I don’t know how people are missing the strawberry but I’d probably add 1%straw shisha or something if I couldn’t taste it. But as is, really perfect for all day vape... whipping up a 100ml batch right now.
#194 by Ryan hong, Jul 19. 2020, 17:25

Have not tested until now, but i know in some mixes the strawberry goes after 6-7 days, but ist coming back after 2 or 3 weeks.
This is how some flavours work!
