@Schnapps - Funny that I only see your comment now. Was just about to change my recipe. Yes I believe the original XXX have TFA Elderberry in if i'm not mistaken. Have been searching for a elderflower concentrate but only found Elderberry.

wonder if you use cap sweet lychee then you don't need to use cap super sweet and takes the cost down. will give it a try next time
