Mixed up a couple batches of this. I let it steep for about a week, it's really delicious!! Love how the sweet fruits come through, lip smacking good. Nice job.

Forgot to mention the week steep may not be necessary, I just automatically steep everything I mix.

Hey i just mixed this up venturing through my nectarines!..lol.. I might make a bigger one of these. Its a tad harsh will that go away.. I'm assuming its the Fuji..

I haven't noticed any harshness but it's been a while since I've made this one. I'd look at the usual suspects for the harsh factor. I will make up a new bottle on my weekend and re-assess.

Just made another bottle. I cut the E.M. in half (I sure use to use too much sweetener I guess). With no curing time, I'm not perceiving any harshness. It'd be impossible for me to guess what is causing any harsh notes for you (too many possible factors). Let me know if you figure it out.
