@Jazzy_girl this looks delicious!! BUT would you be able to suggest a sub for the raspberry at all?

I'm in the UK so as we have no vendors that stock it I've never tried it so wouldn't know if anything came close

I would sub it with sweet raspberry TFA at 2-3%. It will give you a similar taste to the purlium. Will that work for you? Are you able to get the TFA?
