Notes
Was given a massive 16oz bottle of TPA Irish cream from a friend that owns a small juice company. Also have had p&c sitting collecting dust so I decided to try and use them. This is only my second attempt at a serious recipe so bare with me haha.

So what I was going for was a pralines and cream ice cream with bits of pastry and a healthy dollop of Bailey's Irish cream liqueur. Wanted the cream to be nice and thick on this one.

Just mixed it up for the first time and its pretty decent as a s&v; can't wait to see how it steeps out. So far I deffs want some more nuttyness, unless it starts to come through a bit more as it steeps.

Any feedback is appreciated, as I said before I am very new to diy so this mix might look wonky to a pro, but let me know so I can learn!

Changed INW Biscuit to FLV biscotti for a better nutty bakery flavoring.
Just mixed this v2 and snv is not quite as good as first mix, I think I need to lower the biscotti to 0.25%, will wait to see how it steep out first. Even after a few hours the creams are starting to mellow things out it seems. Might have to remove biscotti if it makes the mix too dry, which it seems to possibly be doing.

Ideas for other flavors that might work/ideas on how to change recipie in the future:
Add almond, add hazelnut, add brown sugar? Torrone? Creme Brulee? White Chocolate?

ADD A FEW DROPS OF CAP SUPER SWEET TO TASTE
