Hmm if this turns well enough that you call it a clone I'm Guna virtually hug you to no end !!!! I have had multiple headaches over trying to clone this juice. My fiancé vapes this ADV and it's expensive after a while meanwhile I make my own lol. Thank you in advance !
#2 by Amy***, Jul 11. 2015, 22:28
Hug hug hug hug hug .... U get it . I like it ! The real test will be once it steeps for him to try it. I have used all these ingriedents in my trial attempts but you hit the nail on the head ! Thank you !
#3 by Dio, Jul 12. 2015, 10:42

#4 by Dio, Jul 12. 2015, 14:26
After overnight stepping I have to say that is perfect juice! Thanks alot kaptain!
#5 by Amy***, Jul 12. 2015, 16:27
This is awesome !!!! Thank you my fiancé said it tasted better than the original. 👍
#6 by korvandalek, Aug 4. 2015, 19:24
This is very good-i mixed 48hrs ago and its coming together nicely.its listed as a 'milk and honey' receipe.its been a long time since i had the cosmic fog version;so i cant compare to that.
But as a standalone reciepe, this is a great sweet, mildly nutty flavour..with slighty milky undertones.i mixed without PG for max VG.For the moment i wouldnt change a thing, but time will tell.
#7 by Bnapier, Sep 1. 2015, 16:56
This is an awesome mix kap thx. I dropped the graham and raised marshmellow to my taste but great great mix
#8 by Master Chief (SS), Sep 18. 2015, 18:18
Cosmic Fogs Milk and Honey IS my ADV and why I started DIY. I made this exact recipe at a 7mg/ml nic. It was very close to CF's recipe until it steeped a little (4 days?) then it started getting a little sweeter than CF's. All in all an outstanding recipe!!! If you're going for a max VG recipe I would recommend reducing the vanilla's perhaps.
#9 by Maze, Oct 1. 2015, 06:35
This is the first recipe on here that I've tried, and it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I haven't had the original Cosmic Fog, but this actually tastes like one of my favorite juices I get in Canada. Thanks so much! 5/5
#10 by apollo, Oct 7. 2015, 04:02
i dont have FW graham, I have TFA graham cracker clear, what % should I use?
#11 by Amy***, Nov 6. 2015, 07:32
Apollo I have at times subbed TFA for FW GC at Also 8% it was the clear version it tasted just fine !
#12 by babayaga, Dec 12. 2015, 07:41
I don't have FW Graham Cracker, only CAP and TFA Graham Cracker which should I use??
#13 by CoccoBill, Dec 12. 2015, 10:45
I made this with 5% TPA graham cracker clear and 1.5% FLV peanut butter. Probably nothing alike the original but I really like it. Get FLV PB is whamsayin. :)
#14 by sir-racha, Dec 17. 2015, 10:30
2 thumbs up very very good mix!!
#15 by Junior, Dec 29. 2015, 17:48
This one came out harsh for me. I tried with 2 diff nic brands so it's not the nic. Maybe the flavors need to age and bond together.

Tried at vg 80/20 at 5mg nic
#16 by Junior, Dec 29. 2015, 17:52
It's very good - just a bit harsh - I have a feeling the flavors need to blend more
#17 by probywan, Jan 3. 2016, 08:24
It's a good tasting mix. I don't think it tastes like milk and honey at all, though. I'm still gonna make a big batch to vape on!
#18 by MissVaporella, Jan 11. 2016, 04:53
I agree with all of the other comments. It was too harsh even after steeping. It would be nice if there was honey in the mix...considering it's supposed to be a milk and honey vape. The graham cracker is still quite strong even after a week steep.
#19 by ejbet, Jan 20. 2016, 00:14
1 week steeep.. its ok but not look like all day vape stayla... ı can't say woouw.. But everybody must try this recipes. May find a different tastes. I am sure everbody will hate and love this clone at the same time.. Cheers
#20 by probywan, Jan 20. 2016, 00:41
I just wish one of us could finally figure out the secret to the real milk n honey. It's such an indistinguishable taste and I don't think any of us have come even close to figuring out what is actually in it lol
#21 by JoJo, Jan 22. 2016, 19:19
I had to alter this slightly to fit the flavors I have. I used Biscuit (Inawera) in place of the Graham Cracker and and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) in place of the vanilla swirl. I know, I basically changed the entire recipe. But holy cow, it's good! So, either way, thanks for the share and/or the inspiration! BTW, never had the original so no idea there.
#22 by DrJay, Jan 30. 2016, 21:50
Fan-Freaking-Tastic!!!!
#23 by kaptainemerica, Jan 30. 2016, 22:18
Wow, forgot all about this recipe! I'm glad you all liked it so much! Enjoy!
#24 by Sticky_Vapor, Feb 8. 2016, 04:19
Very good vape.
#25 by Paul2566, Feb 21. 2016, 13:57
I made this exactly as is by weight (accuracy of 0.001 gram) on 06/10/2015.
At 18 to 43 days there was nothing special and I would rate it at 2 out of 10.
At 84 days there was a slight improvement and I rate it 3 out of 10.
At 140 days I rate it as 3.5 out of 10.
It is a smooth, sweet, creamy juice with a peanut butter taste. It is by no means a really bad juice, just nothing special.
For me an excellent juice would be rated about 8+ out of 10, with most of my regular DIY juices hitting somewhere from 4.5 to 6 out of 10.
#26 by kaptainemerica, Feb 21. 2016, 14:00
Thank you, Paul- for your oddly specific review. It's not for everyone- I only vaped 50ml or so in my time. I prefer more flavoursome juice.
#27 by funkyknuckles, Mar 1. 2016, 19:30
just mixed this up and if the smells anything to go by its spot on will report back after steeping
#28 by angieb, Mar 3. 2016, 03:58
this is really great even before steeping! i used lorann peanut butter at 1% and fw marshmallow and its great!
#29 by Jake The Brake, Mar 8. 2016, 21:14
Never had the original but I do know that I really enjoy this juice. Been steeping for about 2 weeks and its great. Only thing I changed was I added 1% TPA Sweetener. Gives me sugar lips like crazy. Bit too heavy to be an ADV though.
#30 by hew, Mar 9. 2016, 12:25
It's not M&H BUT I reckon it's better!! Well done sir!
#31 by hew, Mar 9. 2016, 12:26
I used 1% cap peanut butter V2 though.
#32 by funkyknuckles, Mar 13. 2016, 23:16
1 week steeping taste ok but graham cracker seems to over power it ill give it another week
#33 by inutopia, Mar 15. 2016, 20:37
Agree that the GC is too much in the mix, there are nice things in it but it's a but harsh.

Will try to tone down the GC which should hopefully mellow it out.
#34 by AnonMe, Apr 17. 2016, 17:06
I can't watch to try this, I've been mixing my own juice for a while now and I'm good with single flavor juices... my significant other (and now me as well) love dr fog milk and honey. I've been wanting to get him into diy and hopefully this works for us!
#35 by DanHank, May 5. 2016, 03:01
i taste honeydew melon in the cosmic fog juice, that is where i figured they got the honey part from since i didn't taste any honey notes in their juice.
#36 by Archeon, May 18. 2016, 23:17
Tried this with TPA GC and Cap Peanut butter, and these are the two flavours that are really dominating after a couple of days steep. Really nice but not quite the flavour of the original.
#37 by tom33pr, May 20. 2016, 22:24
Awesome. Thanks.
#38 by probywan, May 28. 2016, 10:22
@DanHank if you go to the cosmic fog website and read the milk&honey description, it seems as if they are using marshmallow, some sort of custard/milk, and some note of honey (whether thats actual honey or honey graham we'll never know sadly ;/ "Close your eyes and imagine a vape lighter than air. You see fields of puffy marshmallows as far as the eye can see. The sky opens and sweet milk rains down. Open your eyes in time for the perfect note of rich honey to cap it all off. The land of milk and honey."
#39 by WiskerusMaximus, Jun 19. 2016, 10:18
This tastes pretty good, I enjoy the harshness (ex smoker). We should hold hostage whoever made Milk & Honey and get that damned recipe!!! (I am in no way serious, just in case.) :-)
#40 by WiskerusMaximus, Jul 5. 2016, 19:49
Well I've never tried Cosmic Fogs but I have tried Dr.Fogs and I would say in it's early stages it was close but then it lost some of that taste with steeping. I believe it was the Peanut Butter that gave it that kick because I have another recipe with all the other same ingredients but it doesn't have that Milk & Honey taste until you add the peanut butter. I think cutting down the Graham Cracker will help some too and maybe adding 1 drop per 5ml of Ethyl Maltol. Good recipe though.
#41 by A.D.V., Aug 31. 2016, 05:27
you know that feeling when you mix a recipie wait 8 days try it and think "crap, i didnt make nearly enough of this!" i got that now. having said that, i read all the comments before mixing and subbed TPA's graham cracker clear at 5% (FW is perfumey in a good way but im out) and per the other comments would not be adverse to upping the TPA peanut butter to 1.75-2% (its there, but is light and creamy). thank you for this recipie kap!
#42 by zCloud_Beast, Sep 13. 2016, 09:01
@kaptainemerica bro i dont have CAP's vanilla custard can i replace it with TPA's??
#43 by bryce, Sep 18. 2016, 02:56
This has been my ADV for a couple months now. It's awesome.
#44 by drelambo, Sep 22. 2016, 14:41
Just tried this...doesn't really remind me of Cosmic Fogs, had a feeling based on other reviews and the percentages that the GC would be overpowering but I thought I'd try it as it is written...GC definitely overpowering...will try reducing that and upping the PB as others have suggested. I really need this clone in my life!
#45 by CJC, Oct 17. 2016, 20:52
Mister Kaptainamerika, may please tell me if you have ever tried it with graham cracker clear TPA. Graham cracker FW is hard to get for me, I come from the Netherlands. Maybe somebody else can tell me his experience using graham cracker clear TPA in this recipe?
#46 by SS, Jan 11. 2017, 17:20
Favourite DIY recipe on this site - although i use mine with CAP Graham Cracker- until it steeps you can get a mild taste of PB and at first you think you need to up the % next time, but after proper steeping, at least for me, that PB fades completely and a wonderful Honey flavour emerges.
#47 by funkyknuckles, Jan 13. 2017, 17:29
how long would u steep this for ss
#48 by Cap'nClouds, Jan 19. 2017, 16:54
I did 5% GC and 3% cheesecake GC crust to take the edge off the GC @ 8%. worked well. Gave it a creamier taste as well :)
#49 by p00re, Feb 21. 2017, 14:29
Thank you so much for this recipe! I only had the TPA peanut butter DX, however, it's spot on! Once again, Thank you! :D
#50 by danbrochill, Mar 11. 2017, 11:52
Feel free to check out a recipe ive been playing with....never tried cosmic fog to pricey...only juice ive ever purchased was looper and i hate it now lol anyways i came across this recipe in search of more ideas to get a milkier honey milk with mouth feel..turns out cap ny cheesecake is grahamy and plays fantasticly with the inawera honey im using..im going to try this recipe subbing peanut butter (still dont get it) with inawera honey at .75 its strong.
#51 by SS, Mar 27. 2017, 01:19
@47 FunkyKnuckles-Sorry just saw your post now but i steeped mine for 1 week only. At which point there was a slight taste of PB but 10-14 days is ideal, at least for me. Everyone is different.

Personally I find this to be one of the best recipes on this site. In my daily rotation. I have a really hard time finding recipes I love but this one is one of about 5-8 I repeat.

That being said, I haven't ever had the original, so I am unable to rate it for comparison. So the flavour was all new to me and I would give this one a 5++
#52 by simon, Apr 24. 2017, 10:39
Out of 10 - how close it it to the original?
#53 by tintino, May 1. 2017, 02:55
i don't have Peanut Butter - can someone recommend some kind of substitute - trying to think "nutty flavors" I have: Hazelnut, Almond, Torrone, Acetyl Pyrazine, In Fact I've been searching google for this and found a comment from HIC (HeadInClouds): "FA Hazelnut carefully mixed with acetyl pyrazine (plus Caramel and other accents) can give the impression of peanut butter" ....but i don't know what percentages I should use of Hazelnut and A.Pyrazine to sub this
#54 by northern_vaper, May 11. 2017, 04:23
I really like this recipe! But I'm confused as to why it's called Milk and Honey.... cause it tastes nothing like that. Either way it's delicious.
#55 by coni, May 20. 2017, 16:37
nothing like milk&honey but good recipe. because it should have banana notes which this recipe doesnt have.
thanks
#56 by Vapeking, May 20. 2017, 17:55
Amazing recipe wow does anyone have a good recipe for honey and yogurt the the swartz tia
#57 by Shane, Jun 14. 2017, 17:46
Great recipe mixed 100ml 70/30 3mg on 19/04/17 started vaping two days ago, love it, easy 5 stars, this is yum. Thanks.
#58 by emrah, Sep 19. 2017, 16:41
amazing, I enjoy vaping this! thank you!
#59 by Lisa, Nov 18. 2017, 19:57
Just mixed this up after work...shook it and vaped it. Then I made up a 100ml batch to steep. Thanks for the recipe!
#60 by FL_Vaper, Feb 3. 2018, 01:07
@Vapeking, If you ever find a recipe for The Schwartz's Ludicrous Speed (Yogurt & Honey), let me know. I was looking for that when I found this clone recipe for another favorite. I haven't had it in years and have to admit I'm confused by the lack of Honey as an ingredient, but I'll give it a try.
As for Ludicrous Speed, it would help if I knew if it was regular or Greek Yogurt in their recipe. I loved that stuff, but I can't see spending that much for ejuice since I got into DIY.
#61 by gpjoe, Apr 28. 2018, 22:37
Never had the original, but this is the sh*t. Love it as-is, but definitely want to make a batch with a hint of banana.

Thanks for the recipe, Kaptain.
#62 by cosacee, May 5. 2018, 14:06
Wow what the h*** was that it burnt my mouth off, nothing like any milk or honey iv tasted. More like over flavoured cinnamon juice.
#63 by Erebos, Jul 5. 2018, 12:53
FW Graham Cracker @ 8% is beyond overkill...
It's twice as potent as TPA's, so 2% maximum.
#64 by Tauro, Jul 12. 2018, 22:28
I've never had the original (stopped spending money on store bought juice as soon as I started DIY), but this is damn good. It smelled a bit potent at first, and I had my doubts about the 8% graham cracker too, but after a good steep it really did mellow out a lot and is super tasty. I think this one is going in the permanent rotation! Great recipe, thanks so much!
#65 by DS, Sep 25. 2019, 21:14
after mixing this up I find myself agreeing with others about missing the banana note. I threw in a few drops of banana cream TFA. now it seems a bit more like it. Havent tasted it yet so we'll see.
#66 by FlavorChase, Oct 15. 2019, 20:36
If i sub the graham cracker with cheesecake graham crust, how much will it change?
#67 by Libertyvoice, Dec 10. 2022, 22:07
I didn't have any marshmallow or the cap vanilla custard so I added Bavarian creme and left out the custard altogether. Sampled well fresh, see how it turns out steeped
#68 by DespicblMe, Dec 9. 2023, 07:42
I wonder how it would taste w 1-2g of Flv milk n honey added and ppl say banana, I have so many banana but no idea how to use each one uugh. I’ll try maybe a little banana bread or loran banana idk I see the other recipe the GC is lowered to 5 can anyone say they tried both I don’t think I saw that in comments but I’ll check again and comment what I ultimately do because I rely on comments for everything and I appreciate each and every one! Here in almost 2024 in my vaporesso zero 2 will these flavors still translate in these type of vapes, I hope so but have my doubts and I do not like the salts so I think a 65/35 works well for the pods or 70/30 only need 50/50 w salts I think. ;)
