Hey Will! I have been a huge fan of your recipes for some time and this looks really good IMO! Can we make this work with FW Butter Pecan & CP P & C?? It's my only shot and I wouldn't know how to sub that first one!!
You could probably just get away with using FW Butter Pecan as the NY Cheesecake really takes care of the cream part anyway. In fact, I would probably like it that way as well. You could use 2-2.5% Butter Pecan in place of it. I find the PUR is a little more mellow than the FW, so it's not really necessary to use it higher. Hope you enjoy it! 😀
