3 day steep test: Surprisingly delicious for a short steep. It's not quite showing the milk aspect yet, but the grape jelly, peanut butter and bread are really hitting the spot. Hoping the bread steeps well, first time with this one, no SF test. As of day 3, zero off notes, just a really good tasting PB&J sandwich. Hope nothing gets out of line with a few more weeks.

14 Days: Getting better, the Bread is up a little higher in the profile now, Peanut Butter and Jelly are more realistic, but less prominent. Which is good! The bread was a little far in the background earlier, now the ratios of spreads to breads;) is a lot more like the real sandwich. I might up the Peanut Butter a slight bit on the next run. Just a little, (depending on 30 day results). Hoping the Milk aspect comes up a notch, it's way in the background for taste, but the texture is nice. Might have to find a real Milk concentrate if this doesn't work. It's freaking delicious right now, though, so it would just be something to try for experience to more accurately nail the original idea. No problem as-is. Hoping 2 more weeks makes it awesome.

1/23/18: upped the grape RFSC from 1.5 to 1.85%, MF grape from .5 to 1% due to 2.5 month steep test.

6/27/18 pushed Milky up from 2.5 to 2.75 and Removed Condensed Milk RFSC .5% altogether (for test).
