My first attempt at a recipe. Feedback greatly appreciated.

Maybe give it a couple of days to steep.

(Poorly done) notes:

- Apricot: This is meant to be the top note, but on its own the apricot flavour doesn't really shine...

- Peach (juicy): ...and this is where the peach comes in to round off the apricot profile.

- Fuji: Adds a bit more bite and flavour to the combination of apricot and peach.

- Cream fresh: One of the few creams I like (not that I've tried very many), this adds some weight and sweetness to the recipe without imparting too much of its own tangential flavour. I tried VBIC initially, but man that stuff is strong. Even at a really low percentage it's basically all I can taste.

- Marshmallow: Mostly for added sweetness, to help bolster the cream, and also because I like the taste.

- Cardamom: The real star! I love cardamom, but this is pretty much the highest I could go without making it "The Cardamom Show, with maybe some other stuff somewhere. Maybe." I think the combination of apricot and cardamom works really well. Also, cardamom, because I feel like I haven't typed cardamom enough.
