made 8.25 trying 9.5 this is one of the most unique tastes i've encountered yet...beer and light almost bitter chocolate on inhale with a mildly lemon like fluffy marshmallow exhale. Steep time at least 2 -1/2 weeks.
Steeping is necessary d/t the chocolate and the beer !
