v1 02/02/2018:
SnV way heavy on tanger - hopefully mellows out. Other flavours muted. 2-3 day steep will hopefully balance it all out.
2 week steep and the tanger has subsided somewhat but is still too prominent. In v2 drop to 1.5.

Upped mallow to 1%
Dropped Tanger to 1% and added .5% White Grape.
