The Peaches: I used this combo recently in a basic Peach Yogurt recipe at slightly lower percents than here. They worked very well together with about a month of steeping (in a 15/85, 2mg recipe), thus the 30 day rec. However, I tried that recipe again last night at almost 3 months, and it is amazing how good they came out with a deep steep. I upped them here due to the high amount of cream. Added a touch of Yumberry to give a little extra nuance to the Peach. They play well together.

4 days: Really nice, so far. Best Peach mix I've made to date. The Brown Sugar and Caramel are making this warm and cozy. Already a great sweet Peach dessert, but not too sweet. Can't wait to see what happens as the creams and bakeries develop.
