5 ๐๐๐๐๐๐ it's amazing !!! 5 day steep time. Creamy orange then Ylang Ylang exhale oh I'm kicking myself only made 5 ml tester. Oh well I've got plenty of these flavor concentrates ! If you are hesitant on Ylang Ylang try this recipe it is subtle enough for you to get use to the taste for those that have it and unsure what to do with it ! It is quite strong so don't go up too high or it'll become bitter. Thanks again darth vapor for an outstanding recipe !
Thank you Amy! I'm very humbled by your kind words! I couldn't agree more this recipe is a great introduction to Ylang Ylang and even my friend who never like ylang is now a fan!
Im super happy you enjoyed this! Now its time to figure out what else I can do with this great flavor!
Cheers
I really am not the type to toot my own horn but I just filled my tank up with this since the first time I made this almost a month ago and...well...IT'S F'ING PHENOMENAL!!!! Seriously one of the best juices I have ever had and I really impressed myself on this one! If anyone has Ylang-ylang in their stash this is a MUST! I'm really sorry to hype up one of my own but yes..it's that good!
Well Damn!!! Now I gotta get some " Ylang Ylang" to make some "caNANGa" LMAO.........1st it's Oba Oba now it's Ying Ling!!! Lol, my flavor stash is beginning to look like a freakin Dr Seuss book!! LOL
Oh hey Darth, I got my TFV4's in yesterday bro and I GOTTA tell ya man, these babies are SICK!!!! The kit comes with a triple coil, a Quadruple coil and a RBA!! My GAWD the coils are HUGE! Un REAL!

How's the Weather down there Darth? Man oh man it is some KIND of nasty up here! I'm completely OUT of VG, so I'm gonna make all my juice for the week MINUS the VG, and just add it tomorrow when my VG comes in..... That should be OK to do shouldn't it Darth? I can't think of any reason why it would be a problem do you?
Thanks Man!!!!
Harr
Ok I'm on my 8th day on this one and I GOTTA tell ya Darth, this one is a HOME RUN!! A VERY fresh, cooling and flavorful summertime Vape! I HIGHLY recommend this one to everyone!!!
AWESOME job Darth.....as usual lol
Lol, ylang ylang is a flora type flavoring that is tricky to work with hut amazing when it works! Its a love/hate flavor for sure but it's great with orange like this or pomegranate..adds an..."exotic" flavor to somethings. Amy has a few good ones too
I can Vouch marbles!!!!
This recipe is a HUGE winner!!!!! And Ylang Ylang, (I call it Ying Ling LOL) is Awesome!! But like Darth says it's tricky to work with....I'm saving mine just for Darth's Recipes that contain it, because I don't want to waste it!! Darth is an AMAZING E-Liquid "Mixologist" ( as I call it) and I trust his Recipes!!! Plus, he would NEVER post it here if it Sucked!!!! LMAO
Harry
It Probably Screws my Recipes up more often than not Amy, but I always Round up on my %'s...LOL....If recipe calls for 1.6%, I round to 2%, .5% gets rounded to 1%...LOL.
And before ya Yell at me Darth, I Know I Know....they are "Fractional" for a Reason! LOL....I just aint got time for 1/2%'s!!!!!! LMAO
So I came across a 30 ml of this, tucked away in a box, so I pulled it out and checked the date....June 3rd 2015 =-)
WOW what a difference!! Almost 1/2 a year steep and it tastes so damn good and looks like honey it is so dark and thick! I don't know if you have a bottle Amy but make one and forget about it for 6 months ;-)
I just sampled this bottle you sent me. This is really good. Not an overly strong or sharp orange flavor. Very light and creamy. How does it differ after 6 months? Because I don't think you sent me enough to wait that long!
I've been making this ever since I found it several months ago, and have been sharing it with some of my customers and everyone LOVES it!!!! Amazing Flavor!!!!
Very tasty stuff here Darth. On a two week steep and has become my favorite citrus juice to date. My wife is hogging it....must make a bigger stash. Thank you!
Yeah this was my first citrus based juice I made and I was very happy with it, it's a classic! (as far as my personal mixes go hehe) I'm glad to know it's working alright for you (and company) and I know I have made a few variations as well....just need to find them ;)
Just dripped a little of it... Amazing, onto the shelf! Just read your comment about leaving a bottle for 6 months, guess I'll mix another up and hide it from myself ;)
I would go with the gelato or something light. The V. swirl is extremely light and not as strong as the other vanillas. The VBIC should do you just fine though
Okay, don't have MBV or FW Blood Orange but did just get FA's new Blood Orange so will be using that. Also, don't have any Orange Cream so I'm subbing CAP Sweet Tangerine @ 3% and LB's Vienna Cream @ 2% in place of it. Know it's different & hope it doesn't change the profile too much but I just HAVE to try out the Ylang Ylang with something!
I definitely will let you know and try the others as well. UPDATE: I DO have FW Blood Orange, Nic River accidentally sent me that instead of FA's. Got too late last night but will mix here shortly.
Just one thing, DarthVapor: Could I sub TPA Bavarian Cream for FA Catalan Cream instead? Should I low percentage a little bit? Thanks for this nice recipe!
The ylang is what makes this mix unique. So, if you leave it out, it will be a completely different mix. You can make it without but I have no idea what it will be like, nor if it's worth it or not
I'm ashamed to say I left this in a cupboard for two months, thinking it was a mistake going for citrus and orange, but hot damn this is absolutely delicious! The orange is nice and warm. Overall a very satisfying and wholesome vape.
To be honest, I don't like orange in a vape myself. I remember making this, though, and thinking, damn it's kinda tasty! Since then, I've never let my preconceived notions about certain flavors, detour me from trying them!
Thanks for taking the time to comment and I'm glad it was worth your efforts!
