14 day test: so far, this is really good. Well-balanced with the Apple and Danish doing great things together. The Cream Cheese in the Icing is perfect at 1.5%(so far). I had only used it at 2% before now and it was a little off.

Waiting for 30 days to know if I should adjust anything. The Danish NF can get pretty strong. Never use it at 4%, it's awful after 30 days. Verrrry nice at 2 weeks in this. The AP is nice, too. I'm not very familiar with it, but this is working.

Update: Added .5% Green Apple MF in a V2, steeped for 10 days and it really made this shine. So, instead of posting the V2 where that is the only change, I just put it in the original. Freaking delicious! One day, I'll find out what happens with a 30 day steep. Until then, this is tested and great at 10-14 days. 14 is preferable.
