Really fantastic, ADV worthy. Shake & vape.

IMO this is delicious. It hits the effervescence of the brandy + fruit spot-on, with the cinnamon adding interest.

A little over a year ago I ordered the Five Pawns samplers, and Perpetual Check was the only flavor I actually liked. It's been over a year since I had the original, so I can't directly compare, but it definitely is reminiscent.

I'll be trying to figure out how to reduce the EM and sucralose while still keeping the sweetness... It's definitely NOT overly sweet as-is, but I'd prefer a version without sweetener.

Add TPA Jackfruit! one of the Key Flavors from Perpetual Check

Will give that a shot, thanks! I will say that even without it, this is a seriously tasty recipe.

This is the exact recipe I used and found that the fig absolutely takes over. What I loved about the original was the black current.

I will try this with Brandy (FA) @ 0.3% instead of the TPA one!

This can't be a clone of five pawns. Not enough diacetyl hehehe

Hot damn! I love a fresh, fruity mix and this is right up my alley
11/10 stars =)
Thanks for reposting, never would have caught my attention otherwise.

Never had the original - I had to sub the brandy for FA's version, and I deliberately left out EM an sweetener. I think the cinnamon is a bit strong, but I like it. Good recipe, very nice vape.

@lars what % FA brandy?
#9 by john70, Feb 9. 2016, 22:34
No % number on my tpa EM bottle. Do I use.25% tpa or do I dilute it? @lars

@john70, I used 0.4% Brandy (FA)

if it's TPA EM then it's 10% :) I'd say leave it out of this recipe - it doesn't really do anything (it's listed as EM 10% diluted to 2% and then used at 0.25%.

Flavor description from the original contains Barley. Maybe can add FA Barley Malt 1%

Really good. Different. And a true shake and vape! That fig and blackcurrant together is great. Thanks for sharing your recipe! (Even thpugh it was 5 years ago!)

What is the substitute for TFA/FA brandy essence? I don't have that essence yet because it's hard to find... is there another solution?
