This is not mine recipe, but I wanted to post it because it is very good and I suggest making this. All credit goes to Mr.G on here ELR and alltheflavors although I did make 3 changes. I suggest reading the recipe notes, discussion and comments/reviews.

The changes I made to this recipe are that I subbed TPA Banana Cream for LA Banana Cream at the same 4% and I also subbed OOO Creamy Milky Undertone for VT Fresh Milk but I upped the percentage to 1.75% and subbed CAP Super Sweet for PUR Super Sweet at the same 0.50% percentage. Although I subbed these flavors, this is still a awesome mix.

I believe LA banana cream is a very authentic banana when mixed with other flavors, although when used solo gives a candy runt taste.

The VT Fresh Milk to me is a nice creamy milk flavor. I tried it at the original 1.50% and for me didn't deliver enough milky notes, so I upped it to 1.75% and it's a perfect blend of milk for this mix.

I found that a 10 - 14 day steep is perfect for me as it fully blends all the flavors together and brings out the VT fresh milk. Although 7 days is recommended. I also found that this mix is best when vaped below 35 days for peak flavor.
