Going for a classic Bread Pudding here, which, according to the Daily Gazette in Troy, "In 13th century England, bread pudding was known as “poor man’s pudding,” as it was a popular dish with the lower classes."
Using Black Currant to help bring out the raisin aspect, Creme Brulee and French toast for extra egginess and a little more Bread. The others should speak for themselves.

Pretty good, but a little too yeasty. Not quite sweet enough.
Changes for next attempt:
Cut RF Baked Bread from 2 drops/30ml to 1 drop/30ml
Cut NF Fresh Baked Bread from .75% to .45%
Boost French Toast from 0.5% to .75%
Boost Creme Brulee from .75 to 1.00%
Boost Black Currant from .25 to 0.5%
