This is a spicy apple pie with rhubarb the apples are layed in for the filling and you get the crust and the apple filling on the in hale on the exhale you get the crust and cinnamon for the graham cracker along with a complex apple and rhubarb mix as you let it your mouth settle you are left with the rhubarb and red apple after taste lingering on the pallet. the love and super sweet help out some of those earth notes i get from rhubarb and make the after tast more sweet than tart while adding a sugary gloss to the crust.
